The service at this restaurant is excellent, and my daughter and I have visited many times since relocating to Holbrook. The only area that could use some improvement is the coffee; it's only decent at best. Also, I recently found out there's a $2 upcharge for choosing raisin bread over white, which caught me off guard!

I always visit this restaurant and order the same dish. However, the grumpy woman who took my order informed me that I couldn't add on something I’ve always been able to before. Then, she went to the front to gossip about it, and I overheard her. Such unprofessional behavior! The food is fantastic, but her service was definitely lacking.

The customer service from the bartender, Brooke, was disappointing. While she provided excellent service to the parties beside us, my wife and I felt neglected. She forgot to give us utensils, overlooked an item from our order, and didn't check on us after our food was served. I've never had a negative experience at Connection Cafe before, but after today, I'm not sure I'll be coming back. Ver carta

This restaurant really doesn't live up to its former glory. I ordered fresh-squeezed orange juice, which costs almost $6, but it was mostly watered down. It took 40 minutes to receive our food for a table of two, and the home fries were undercooked. Overall, I was quite disappointed. The waitress was the highlight of the experience—she was very kind. Went last Sunday for brunch/lunch with my family. Both myself and one other person ordered the biscuits and gravy. It all came in a bowl together, the biscuits were basically mush and the gravy had no taste of any sausage in it. The eggs were fine. The corn beef hash was weird, the meat was thin and stringy and it came cooked like a patty. The biggest issue was with the steak- one of our party ordered the steak off the lunch specials and it came overcooked. He sent it back for a new one and the next one was raw.
