"Worked a 12 hour shift and just wanted to sit down and eat and decompress from the day. We walked in at 8:13 to servers standing there and staring at us. We had to say hello. They couldn’t even be bothered with us. Then she said the kitchen is closed. They didn’t close until 9 and it’s a Saturday which is just insane to me. Who closes their kitchen 45min early on a Saturday?!! To walk in and just be stared at and not spoken to is the exact opposite of what I expect when I walk into an establishment. We immediately left still hungry and went to Henry’s where we were greeted with happy smiles and a warm welcome. We will never go back to The Factory."

LOVED the aesthetic inside and out. Smart to have it attached to firm businesses with a courtyard between all of them. menu was jam packed with heartiness; some flare items with variety palette, traditional with twists for sandwiches especially. OH get the chili if it comes with the meal. Just AMAZING food AND bang for the buck!!!! Great execution of service and friendly too!!! Cannot wait to go back
