Flame Broiler - Carta

This is the second time ordering a tofu bowl but they did not have it any both times.

Our first time there. Had the chicken bowl and it was delicious. Magic sauce quite yummy. Friendly staff and customers. Prices are reasonable and portions are plentiful. I'm glad we decided to give it a try.

Love this place mind you I went about 30 minutes before closing time and they were extremely nice and helpful. Very great quality food as well. A tad bit expensive but it's healthy and we all know that the healthy stuff is priced higher than the fattening stuff. But yeah definitely like this flame broiler. Ver carta

Alex is great! Been coming here for a while since it's close to my work. He always does a good job and is very friendly and accommodating. Great customer service. I've had bad service from the other lady that works the cashier before where she hung upon me as I tried to make a phone order but 5 stars for Alex.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. I was charged $10 for a bowl, and despite ordering before three other people, they all received their meals before I did. I only had a 30-minute break and ended up waiting 20 minutes for nothing. It felt like a total waste of time. If they say it will take a while, you might as well head to Chipotle like I did to get your food. Ver carta

Always fast service and delicious food. I often stop by this place after leaving the 24-hour fitness right behind it. Their service is excellent. I usually don't have to wait more than 5 min for my meal but they always offer a water cup while I am waiting. Sometimes the meal comes out faster than they can ring me up because the cooks behind the counter see or hear the order.

I would like to clarify this abundantly, my problem with this place is not with the customer service, but with the food. Customer service here is wonderful. The girl at the counter was super polite and very accommodating. It is the kind of person you want to have in any restaurant. The chefs were also very friendly as they would wave to you from their tiny window. My problem with this place is definitely the food. To be blunt, it sucks. The rice was boiled, the beef was dry and tasteless, and the vegetables reminded me of baby food, but without taste.
