"This diner is terrible. The management said they charged my card 3 times and then said my card kept declining. I was confused but ended up having a friend pay for my end of the order. Then I see that my account was charged for the meal after a few hours later. I call my bank and they said my card was charged 7 times prior to it being charged on my account, the place literally stole from me."

"What a great evening at BPH! We were in Boston at Equinox on Franklin, near Faneuil Market, and afterwards were looking for a terrific post workout meal. Boy did we find it! Bostonia Public House was a perfect choice. We were seated at a booth in the bar area, and I ordered a Monkey 47 martini, which was fantastic. We had delicious Korean pork ribs, fantastic clam chowder and a chicken sandwich. The atmosphere is great lively but not too loud. And our server Karen was perfection the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. All in all a great meal, and next time we're in Boston, we'll return there for sure!"

"To say I was highly disappointed with my experience here would be an understatement. I was with my family of 5 which included three young children and we did not receive communication from a staff member upon sitting down for 15 minutes and that was only because I got up to seek a staff member. At this point we ordered our appetizer, drinks and meals. Sadly, we did not receive our drink orders or silverware for another 10 minutes. Our food arrived in shifts and was not very good. We were unable to get refills on our drinks until we sought out staff. Plates were never removed from our table and our table quickly became cluttered. Finally, we couldn't find a staff member to get a check. I had to get up, find a staff member and ask for a check. As someone who worked in the service industry throughout high school and college I understand the challenges that comes with working in this field. I have great admiration and respect for individuals who work in this field and typically understand that service can be slow based on factors out of the hands of employees, this however, was not the case . The staff here had horrific attitudes and the poor service was due to negligence and a lack of effort. I have been eating at diners for almost 40 years and have never had service this poor. I will tell anyone who will listen to avoid this establishment. Lastly, for me to take the time to write this review should let you know how disgusted I am about how my family and I were treated."

"Went here for 1st time. I will day from the moment you sat down the service was impeccable. The food was very good. I had a chicken scarpariello. It had great flavor and was spicy but not overbearing. My sons meatball raviolis were excellent. Interior is very nice and warm. Parking can be a little difficult as it's right on corner of Yonkers Ave. The staff was A#1. I don't think I have seen as well a restaurant as far as timing of food coming out waiting to order. I even complemented the owner they were that good."

"Dubrovnik fue fabuloso. Había dudado en ir ya que el menú en línea parecía algo pequeño, pero toda la experiencia fue excelente. Mi esposo y yo tuvimos la suerte de salir para una cita nocturna, pero teníamos una reserva para sentarse al aire libre en Estábamos sentados en su patio superior, que, aunque no era tan hermoso como el área del jardín de abajo, nos proporcionó un muy buena vista del enorme horno en el que cocinan muchos de sus platos. El servicio fue atento y cálido, los vinos fueron recomendados por expertos y sabrosos, y todo lo que pedimos fue increíblemente fresco y simple pero delicioso. El menú que elegimos tenía numerosas ofertas especiales y era mucho más grande que el menú diario publicado en línea. Comimos ostras, camarones a la parrilla y pulpo, ¡lo mejor que he probado en mi vida! Y luego compartimos un pescado John Dory a la parrilla. ¡Todo estuvo genial!
