"I usually don’t complain, but this time I have to. A few months ago, I was missing a side of onion rings from my order. After contacting the store, they asked me to come back, but I wasn’t in the mood to drive, so I let it go. This time, I was missing a chicken sandwich. I live only 10 to 15 minutes away. When I called, the only solution they offered was for me to return with my receipt. I arrived at 6:33 PM, but my sandwich still wasn’t ready. By the time I got home, around 7 PM, the rest of my food was already cold. To make matters worse, the staff at the store were sarcastic and had a really bad attitude, acting as if they were doing me a favor, even though I had spent my time, gas, and money on this order. This was my worst experience there."

Not judging the quality of there food with this review. Wanted to place an order for pickup for a small group of people. No problem right? Wrong, they will not take orders for over $75 online or on the phone. Never encountered such a stupid policy anywhere. No thanks, ordered pizza instead.

I recently had my first meal at the new location, and I was very satisfied. I placed an online order that required a few adjustments, and even though it was a busy dinner hour, I was able to go to the counter without having to wait in the long line. The staff was attentive and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly and exactly as I requested. Well done!
