The Keg Steakhouse Lethbridge

I always enjoy dining at The Keg. My friends and I visit a few times every month.

The service provided by Hannah was very, very good, fast, friendly and efficient.

We were celebrating my wife's 68th birthday. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. The complimentary dessert was fantastic. Thank you.

In my opinion, the service was beyond par. Better than anything I've gotten in 53 years. I did not like the loudness of everyone talking over everyone else, just to be heard. The quiet/dimmed light made it difficult to see. Phenomenal food serive though. I would still go back. Spectacular dinner!

We usually like going to The Keg restaurant, but this time we were seated at a small table for two that was placed very close to another table for two in a strange little nook. The space was too small for two tables, so we were uncomfortably close to the other guests and couldn't talk comfortably. It seemed like the other table felt the same way, as we all stopped talking for most of the meal. Ver carta

We found the atmosphere to be not conducive to a fine dining experience. We were crammed in to a table not suited for 5 and the other tables were so packed and so close that it was uncomfortable. The noise level was so high that we could not hear what each other was saying. The food was not up to the standards that I have expected when I've been to the Keg in the past. Was a very disappointing experience for all of us.

The experience was good but I had made a reservation with Open Table in the morning for 8:00 that evening. Was away for the day and happened to check my emails at 7:30 only to find out that The Keg had cancelled my reservation!! I went on Open Table and managed to get a reservation in the bar at 8:00. Was not impressed with The Keg canceling my reservation at 5:30 that day. I told the front end staff about it and they looked very surprised. I love The Keg in Lethbridge but this did not sit well with me.

We were impressed with the front desk person asking, not just for proof of vaccination, but also confirming our identity, something lacking in ALL the restaurants we have visited since the policy came into effect. Our server, Jordan, made the meal. Her professional and outgoing...demeanor started the meal off on the right track. The quality and quantity of the food did the rest. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. There was no pressure to rush through the meal. We had been on the road for the past week and this, being our final dinner of the trip, has left us with a very positive memory. Thank you Jordan! Ver carta
