We used to loved The Loop? now is like Bruno from the movie encantó? we don?t even mentioned the name loop probably for the last two full years. It?s clear the lack of management committed to provide us The Costumer, a great experience with both costumer service and food quality. The lack of this both critical attitudes makes this place a big fat ugly joke? Employees with this kind of wrong attitudes to costumers should be fired on the spot, no questions ask. I?ll give them 6 months. Shame on the owners Zero stars if possible"

The Loop is my favorite restaurant as I was sad the Town Center location closed. However the Southside Blvd location never disappoints and has a loyal customer.

We got our food in a reasonable time. Order was accurate and good temp. But after they did get multiple people's orders wrong and copped an attitude when they were rightly upset.

Food was awesome ! I got the build your own gluten free pizza with feta, mozzarella, and bacon. One of the best gluten free pizzas I?ve tried. Boyfriend got the good American burger and said it was delicious

This LOOP offers amazing service and delicious food. Despite being very busy, the staff took my order promptly, and I received my to-go meal, which was well-packaged, in a timely fashion. They also handled all my extra requests and special instructions perfectly. Ver carta

You will get the great The Loop burgers flavors at this location, but the place itself is kind of a downer. It has not been remodeled in a long time and the atmosphere, different to other locations, is very dull and uninviting. The service is courteous and effective. If you are in a rush or it is your typical middle of the week lunch, dining in is ok, but I would not come here on a date, for example.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and soup. I asked for ?med-well? which is a step above ?well? meaning slightly pink. I received burnt on the outside completely raw ground beef in the inside, soggy bun and burnt to black bacon. I couldn?t eat anything. I?m shocked they sent this out for someone to eat. The soup (tomato) I always hear about didnt have the cheese on it and my milkshake was half melted and soupy. I can?t believe this?
