"We spent over $400 for a family breakfast with Santa and felt completely rushed throughout our experience. We arrived at 11 AM and had to ask for drinks ourselves; no one checked on us until we reached out for assistance. Just 40 minutes after our arrival, the staff cleared the tables around us, and they placed our bill on the table without even inquiring if we wanted anything else to drink. We had hoped to enjoy at least two hours in a festive atmosphere, especially since we were there to decorate cookies together as a family. Such treatment is absolutely unacceptable for a group of eight that invested so much money for a memorable experience. We left feeling very disappointed and believe some form of compensation is warranted."

For the price the buffet was one of the worst ever . Food was cold and options were lacking. Not even a small bagel was available for the smoked salmon.

We had breakfast with the Christmas man, and the resort was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our young one has tree nut allergies, and the staff confidently assured us that there were no tree nuts in the food, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

We attended the Mrs. Claus and Elves breakfast during the prelude here. It was decorated so beautifully and the kids enjoyed the meet and greet and all enjoyed the breakfast. We stayed and went out back while we waited to Santa in the Lobster Boat to arrive. The kids enjoyed connect four, face painting, playing limbo while the adults enjoyed the Making Spirits Bright Bar and sat around the Adirondack chairs. It was set up nicely and lots of fun. Will definitely revisit.
