"The service was absolutely terrible. The restaurant was nearly empty and had a dismal atmosphere, with stained chair cushions and peeling paint on the walls. The worst part was the waiter, who clearly seemed unhappy. He made us wait to be seated while he served customers outside, and only came back a few minutes later to show us to one of the many empty tables. After taking our orders, we waited 40 minutes without any sign of our appetizers or food. To make matters worse, the waiter passed by us multiple times without acknowledging the long wait. Meanwhile, he was busy fulfilling online orders and other tasks while we sat there in disbelief. This place has no place in the service industry. They should just close their doors to dine-in customers and operate exclusively as an overpriced takeaway."

The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. The atmosphere is also inviting, featuring a hookah bar and a TV for sports. Everything you need is right here!

The prices are too high, so make sure to double-check your bill because they might charge you for more than what you ordered. The service was very disappointing, and we were the only customers there.

Incredible Mediterranean cuisine! I've tried many different Mediterranean dishes, and this food is truly authentic. Fatima was an outstanding waitress. I absolutely love this place—definitely the best of the best! Ver carta

I went to this restaurant for a food pickup, and they told me it would be ready at 5:23. We arrived right on time but ended up waiting 30 minutes, even though our food was sitting on the countertop. We repeatedly gave our name to the waitress with black hair, but it didn't seem to help.

We dined at the restaurant and had an outstanding experience. The food was excellent, and the service was exceptional. The restaurant manager demonstrated great professionalism, and our server, Fatima, was fantastic. Her warm smile made us feel truly welcome. Overall, we rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a perfect 5. Ver carta

We started with the Cauliflower appetizer and Kibbie, which turned out to be the best I’ve ever tasted. To my surprise, the Cauliflower was equally impressive—perfectly seasoned and fried. For my main course, I opted for the Tawook Chicken while my wife chose the Beef Shawarma. Both dishes were excellent and came with rice, hummus, grilled tomato, and either soup or salad. The chicken was served with an amazing garlic sauce, and the beef shawarma came with a tahini sauce that complemented the meat beautifully. The service, the food, and the overall ambiance of the restaurant were delightful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Middle Eastern cuisine.

"Husband and I were looking for an Italian place for dinner we didn't want to go to our usual. I came across Ciao Pasta on Yelp and thought we would give it a try. It's in San Juan Capistrano which is always nice to walk before or after dinner. I called and made reservations for 5:15pm , we arrived about 20 minutes early but thank god we did as we couldn't find the place. It's not hard to find it we just thought it was on the opposite side of town. We managed to make it right on time and we were seated right away. It was such a nice afternoon that we decided to sit outside. It's a beautiful restaurant with plenty of seating inside and outside. We started off with ordering drinks and an appetizer. We ordered the carpaccio to start with. They also brought us some delicious and soft focaccia bread with some olive oil and crushed olives( I believe) . When I saw the carpaccio it just looked so beautiful and delicious and it was also delicious and so fresh tasting. The focaccia bread was also very good I decided to top my bread with some of the carpaccio, it was amazing. For dinner my husband ordered the beef Bolognese and I ordered the crudo pizza. The pizza had some prosciutto and Parmesan cheese and topped with some arugula. The pizza is a great size to share . The crust on the pizza was absolutely amazing. My husband absolutely loved the pizza crust he said it took him back to his childhood. It tasted like freshly made flour tortillas with butter on it. It was so good!!! He also enjoyed his pasta dish. And of course we had to get some dessert and we went with the ricotta cheesecake with raspberry sauce , it was delicious and not to sweet. This restaurant also has great service. The waiters and servers were on top of it. We will definitely be back to try some more of their dishes. Thank you for such a great dinner!"
