The reservation hours need to be updated. I arrived at the time I had booked, only to find out that the kitchen was already closed.

This place is amazing. I tried several dishes out and they were all amazing. I like the steak and chicken parm. The service was great. A wonderful place for date night!

As soon as you step into Wheeler Prime, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is stylish and contemporary, featuring comfortable seating and an abundance of natural light. The staff is not only friendly but also eager to help, whether you need recommendations or have questions about the menu. I strongly advise against going to this restaurant. I made a reservation for a party of 7 on September 4, 2022, on August 24, at 5:30 PM. When I arrived, I found a sign indicating that they were closed for Labor Day weekend. It would have been common courtesy for the management or owners to reach out and inform me ahead of time. Thankfully, we were able to find a spot at Benjamin's. I called on September 6 to inquire about what happened, but again, there was no response or effort to communicate on their part. Customers deserve better treatment than this.

I made a reservation for a party of seven on September 4, 2022, back on August 24, and we arrived at the restaurant at 5:30 PM only to find a sign stating that it was closed for Labor Day weekend. It would have shown respect for customers if the management or owner had taken the initiative to call and inform us before our booking date. Fortunately, we were able to go to Benjamin's instead. I called on September 6 to inquire about what happened, but I still haven’t received a call back. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and customers shouldn’t be treated this way.

Made a reservation for 7:00 on a Saturday night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived and they asked if we had a reservation so I told them I made it through open table and they said they don't use open table. Didn't matter since the place was empty, so we opted for a table outside, ordered and got our drinks and then never saw anyone again for another 30 minutes. Once our waiter came back out he said one kitchen staff had just arrived so it was going to be a while before we could get food. So the whole time we were sitting there, there was no one even in the kitchen but they let us sit there for almost 40 minutes. We grabbed the check for our 2 drinks and left so I can't comment... I recently ordered take-out from this restaurant on May 25, 2023. I got the pan-seared Branzino, which was seasoned well but unfortunately a bit too salty. It came with a medley of vegetables and mashed potatoes. I also ordered creamed spinach and tartufo. Aside from the excessive saltiness, the Branzino was cooked to perfection; the two filets were delicious when paired with the thyme sauce. The mixed vegetables—carrots, zucchini, broccoli, and summer squash—were sautéed in oil and garlic and were seasoned just right.
