Located inside the HEB on the 2nd floor. They had plenty of milk substitutes and coffee options than just your standard latte or cappuccino. They also serve food and desserts. The donut drink seems to be the most popular

The quality of the food and service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the Viet Coffee, which was delightful, while my mother had a type of coffee with oat milk. The service was quick and courteous, and everything tasted incredibly fresh.

I stopped by The Roastery first while I made some shopping at HEB. I ordered her donut drink and was not disappointed. To my surprise, the donuts are made directly in front of you! If you are in this part of the city and need your caffeine repair, stop by and ask for Lynn. Ver carta

The design of the place is very beautiful and elegant. During my visit to HEB, I decided to grab a coffee, completely unaware that they had a coffee shop there. I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of my drink and the excellent service. I tried the donut-rappe, and it was fantastic. It’s surprising because I usually don’t like sweet things, but it struck the perfect balance between boldness and sweetness. I highly recommend getting a coffee while you're at HEB!

Great coffee and service. High quality coffee shop inside The Heights HEB. Convient for shopping and they also have online ordering so you can order and grab it easily when you are on your commute. They also have a patio along with cafe dining. Fast casual. Love the options. One thing that is off in my opinion is the extra charge for the milk alternatives compared to other shops. Average prices for menu. Will keep coming back as long quality and friendly service is there.

We ordered the donut cappuccino and the matcha latte. I loved my matcha latte they gave me the option for unsweetened or sweetened and I choose unsweetened. The milk foam was super fluffy and rich. The donut that comes with the donut cappuccino is almost more of a churro, but good nonetheless. They added cinnamon syrup into the donut cappuccino I don’t think they do that for normal cappuccinos, so it’s good to have the warning, as I don’t like syrups in my coffee. I also snagged a breakfast taco that was to die for, and a grapefruit Topo Chico. We went shopping at HEB after since it was so conveniently located. Highly recommend! Ver carta

Absolutely fantastic! The quality of the drinks is outstanding, especially their selection of single-origin coffees. Although I only visited for coffee, they also offer delectable small bites, as well as beer and wine options. The location, situated on the second floor of HEB, might be a bit off-putting at first, but the coffee more than makes up for it with a diverse range of choices, from frappes to single-origin brews. What truly sets this place apart is the service. They provide a variety of milk alternatives for your drinks, which is a nice touch.
