Rusty Crane - Carta

the service was terrible. the food was mediocre. overpriced for what they get. I'll probably never go back. the atmosphere was beautiful. it wasn't my cup of tea.

if I could evaluate a 0, I would. my drink was rough and watered, my eating came wrong and it was cold. everything took forrrrewwver. our server was nice and tried to help the bartender so we could get drinks faster, but it took 30 minutes before we even had water.

my favourite item on the menu is the rc pasta, but it is quite fat, which is not the best thing in a pasta bowl. some of their other items are excellent, some are meh. Overall, I think it is somewhat overpriced for what the quality is. the venue is very tidy, very nice terrace! Ver carta

Server, atmosphere, and drinks were good. Things turned bad when we ordered the meal. Took a bit to get our food. Fries were cold, sandwich(pulled pork) was dry and cold. Friend had the Sloppy John. Said it tasted like a day old manwhich. Thought it didn't live up to the description.

Very cool place, but the service stinks. The waiter didn't write down our order. When we suggested he should, he said he had a good memory. When our order came, one order was wrong and he totally forgot another. I don't expect I will return. That's too bad because the view outside was great.

TERRIBLE Customer Service I have tried to schedule a reservation for a week now. I wanted to reserve their larger their larger $75 room for a party of twenty-six people. I have talked to several different people and all seem to have no earthly idea how to pass a message along to the correct human being so that I could PAY THEM to reserve a room. The Rusty Crane management has zero competence whatsoever. Ver carta

my man and I enjoyed the ambiente with taking off the fly, we sat outside and they drove all the time around eating. the drinks were good inexpensive. the service was average. eating was very average, forgettable and served hot not hot. the ladies' room needed clear cleaned, a stall was made of toilet paper, the only other stall was almost outside, there were also no paper towels. we visited on a Sunday afternoon at 14:00. this restaurant has so much potential, it is beautiful interieur, the outside area, but eating was disappointing.

I will not be going back to the nasty crane. It was one of the worst dining experiences I've had We walked in around 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. We seated ourselves, waited awhile for drinks, my friends beer took an extremely long time to receive, we started off with a queso appetizer, my friend ordered a medium burger that came our well done, my girlfriends little chicken like burritos are horrible. (Taco Bell has a better 99 cent option) I had BBQ chicken tacos. The shells were supposed to be soft but were hard and old. I asked to switch my sides or substitute them, and was told I couldn't.

Poor management. We were told 20 minute wait time. 40 minutes later when we had not been set, we asked the hostess what was wronge? We were told that they called are name and we had been skipped. They never called are name! When we finally were given a table the real treatment began. Food took forever to come out, it was cold when it did, and they didnt even bring all of it. By the way, they never brought the rest of the food out. The owner came over to our table and was very rude and unprofessional! Tried to act like it was our fault the food was cold and took so long. I guess it was our fault they never got all the food out too! Good luck to the rest of you who dont care about service...re... Ver carta
