I loved the nutella s’mores donut. they torture it to get the marshmallow beautiful and crispy. the maple bacon donut was good, but not the best. a wonderful place and wonderful owner. they are family friends with gurnee donuts, and if they weren't there, they must also try them out!"

"I came here on a Tuesday evening with only a few other patrons. The service was quick very friendly. I ordered a Polish lager that they had on tap along with a bowl of their chicken soup. All was served quickly with a smile. The soup was very hot and tasty, came with some sliced fresh bread a garlic butter. I went with the Polish Platter that featured a little of everything. Kielbasa, pierrogies, stuffed cabbage with mushroom gravy, potato pancakes, and a side of sauerkraut. All was delicious the servings were plenty. I strongly recommend visiting this restaurant if you want some authentic Polish food served with a smile."

"I made a reservation in advance but still had to wait 30 minutes for a table after arriving. The host was very rude during this time. The music was so loud, reminiscent of a nightclub, that it was hard to have a conversation. The food was decent, but I don’t think I'll be returning."

"Vinimos por mi cumpleaños de boyfrienda. Fue extremadamente decepcionante. La comida era horrible y cara. También hubo una selección limitada. La ensalada César era terrible y estaba llena de una lechuga amarilla que la hacía amarga. No había estado en el restaurante durante años y ha ido cuesta abajo significativamente. Estaba hablando con un conocido y él tenía la misma opinión. El servicio fue bueno pero lento. "Started at the bar for cocktails. Happy to be offered complimentary bread butter while we waited. Bartender was nice, drinks were fine, but understaffed for the business and took awhile to get our check. Attended a financial event in back room. Dinner was good, however servers did not seem happy to be there, water service was lacking, and was turned down when our table requested more bread.
