"Our experience at Tacklebox Seafood was fairly average, likely due to the specific dishes we chose. My son ordered fried fish and shrimp, my wife had fried fish, and I went for fried shrimp and oysters. My wife and I opted for Caesar salads instead of fries, while our son stuck with fries. The standout item was definitely the Creole ranch dipping sauce, which was absolutely phenomenal—I’d give it five stars. The oysters were inconsistent, with some pieces having more batter than oyster. I prefer my fried fish to be crispier, so these were a bit too soft and fell apart easily. The fish quality itself was good, but the batter was lightly seasoned, which allowed the Creole ranch to really shine. Next time, we’ll probably try some different options like fish tacos, crawfish tacos, or shrimp tacos."

The best tacos in town! I ordered al pastor tacos and chicken tacos just before midnight, and both were amazing. The corn was fantastic as well. This place is definitely a must-try!

The shrimp cocktail was just average, but I really enjoyed the dog-friendly patio. The shaded dog park was the highlight compared to other restaurants at The Shacks. My dog definitely loved it!

I spent $26 on the firecracker shrimp and the fried oyster basket. The shrimp tasted like the frozen fried shrimp you can get at Walmart. The fried oysters were extremely crunchy, almost harder than pigskin. Overall, I was very disappointed.

We ordered fish and chips through Uber Eats, and it was nearly the best I've ever tasted, especially for delivery! The fish was incredibly fresh, and there was plenty of it. The batter was light and crispy. The fries had the perfect crunch and just the right amount of seasoning. I'm excited to order again! Ver carta

The food at this restaurant is excellent and priced fairly. It's wonderful to have a meal while at the dog park, and the location is clean with fast service. On a nice day, dining outside adds to the experience, although it's important to note that there is no indoor seating. I will definitely be back to eat here again!

Tacklebox Seafood offers delicious food and outstanding service! My oyster po-boy was so packed that it was hard to keep it intact. We chose this spot because my wife was craving fried shrimp, and she was delighted to see sweet potato fries on the menu as well. Although indoor seating is limited, the outdoor area is conveniently located next to a dog park, which is a nice touch. While we don’t drink, the bar appears to have a great selection. We’ll definitely be coming back to Tacklebox Seafood!
