"We were visiting a friend near Allentown. He ordered dinner from here, I was very particular about a few items so he said it 's a good restaurant and you would like it He ordered Chicken 65 (Spicy) I am in the USA since 2014 and I have never had this spicy level. it was damn hot and tasty as well. only thing was, it was over fried still very good and hot Malai Kofta I just loved it, creamy gravy with soft pieces of koftas. Chicken Biryani, Mutton Biryani, and Veg korma. The food was just awesome and I loved it. I am just writing to let everybody know, I am from the Parsippany area, NJ and there are around 20 Indian restaurants in my area, and no one coming close to Cumin N Eat. Allentown folks you guys are lucky, Cumin N Eat just won my heart. I will make sure whenever I pass this area, I come here and eat, even if I have to detour 15 20 miles extra, it totally deserves it. 5 out of 5."

"Update: I placed an order on February 9th for two pizzas, mozzarella sticks, and curly fries. Unfortunately, everything arrived cold. It seems like the delivery woman must have hit the brakes hard during delivery, as seen in the picture provided. I was not happy with the service and will not be ordering from them again. The prices have gone up a lot, but this order was definitely not worth it. $62.00 including tip? No thank you! I suggest going elsewhere or buying Newman's Frozen Pizza, as it is much better than the disappointing meal we received. Additionally, there was poor communication over the phone, and nothing came as promised."

"I've visited this restaurant several times, but I recently ordered gyro pizza for my mom's birthday, and it was fantastic—especially if you haven't tried it yet! They were quite busy, and I thought there might be an issue with my order. One of the cooks noticed and kindly stopped what he was doing to help. He was very pleasant and offered to add more toppings and address any concerns I had. I truly appreciated the effort he put in to ensure that I was satisfied with my order. The food was absolutely delicious, and since my mom is a huge fan of gyros, combining her two favorite foods into a gyro pizza paired with authentic tzatziki sauce made for a wonderful experience. Her face lit up, and she told me it tasted just like what she used to enjoy when she lived in Greece. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you for the excellent service!"

"I lived in Emmaus 6 years ago and found true Blue restaurant. The food was very good. I was driving through town decided to stop to pick up some dinner. Unfortunately this time disappointing. I am a chef by trade been cooking 49 years. I do know Mediterranean flavors. I ordered the falafel patties they were excellent. Spinach pie which was good. Lamb gyro combination plate. It was supposed to come with Basamti rice and hummus. They were missing, I also added feta and black olives to the gyro. To make it Greek style. There was no cheese or olives. But I did get charged for the upgrades. I do love lamb , I'm going to question whether it was beef or lamb. I am in the business I do understand about being busy but this was at 4:00 there was only one other customer. Thank you"

"If you haven’t tried Switchback Pizza yet, you gotta. The hostess has an awesome personality and she was attentive, funny friendly. Their busser was also friendly professional. We opted to sit outside and we ordered “small bites” and 2 pizzas along with dessert. Not much wait at all for the quality of food! (I’d much rather go here and wait than be at larger chain restaurant that is noisy and crowded. I also much prefer a little bit of a wait for quality food service. It’s worth it to me nice that it wasn’t overly noisy or overstimulating. The atmosphere is small town background noise, friendly chatter very comfortable down to earth. It seems almost everything here is handmade locally sourced so that’s extra appealing too. We didn’t even try the drinks but they have a really creative and appealing drink menu that we’ll have to check out next time. The small bites: Ciabatta bun (FRESH from the oven! absolutely delicious. Meatballs drenched in fresh tomato sauce fresh garlic and herbs locally sourced meats. The pizza: the dough is awesome crunchy and fresh, with a really nice wood oven flavor. We got the prosciutto margarita with mushrooms onions added on. I love the fresh greens the sauce doesn’t hit hard acidic like some pizza sauces do. The desserts: We tried all 3 of what they had: chocolate mousse, tahini, and the cheesecake. All of them were awesome. The mousse is light creamy chocolatey. The tahini tastes like warm chocolate chips fresh out of the oven with a crunchy shell there is ginger sugar on the whipped cream. The cheesecake has a different texture than regular cheesecake because it’s made with ricotta cheese. (Which I really liked! The portions were just right I was able to fit in dessert. Everything seems carefully planned curated towards a great dining experience great personality presence from staff. Will DEFINITELY be visiting again! (My son pointed out how clever the logo is, it is a train mixed with a wood oven! I did not get pictures of the apps or pizza because I was so excited to eat them because they smelled so good!! Thank you, Switchback for an awesome dining experience!"
