The food was exceptional! The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. This was by far the best seafood boil I've had at any restaurant. We will surely return! Ver carta

Worst seafood I've had in a long time. Ordered noodles and got broccoli. Calamari was very rubbery. Not a cheap place to eat given the quality of the food. Will not be going back and do not recommend. Only plus was decor, overall pretty sad experience.

I stopped by The Twisted Crab soon after it opened at noon. The ambiance was pleasant, but I was really let down by the shrimp and crawfish combo. Both the shrimp and crawfish were extremely dry—I'm guessing they had been frozen for far too long. They attempted to cover this up with a generous amount of butter (as you can see in the photos). Quite disappointing.

Well I must say it was a very tidy place, but their prices do not match the general areas prices. Wow $65 king crab legs. If this were in a resort area I would expect these prices, but not in Polk county or Auburndale. They were empty when we came inand multiple people filtered in and left abruptly. Don't really recommend. If I wanted to spend that kinda money I would go toTexas cattle company. Ver carta

Amazing food. I came here last night and had a amazing experience. We have been to this restaurant 2 times. Always get great service.I got the twisted festival with my family and the food was delicious. The twisted festival is their special.Five lbs ofseafood for $75???You get four corn and four potatoes. Seafood is one lb snow crab . one lb head or NO head shrimp . onelb black mussels or one lb green mussels. one lb crawfish or one lb clam. one lb sausage. It was soooo Amazing ! ! !The four of me and My family could not finish it. Need to take It home to eat . Awesome! ! ! I will come again.

Today, we tried their special, and it was absolutely fantastic—5 pounds of seafood for only $65! You really can’t beat that value. The meal included 1 pound of headless shrimp (though you can opt for head-on if you like), 1 pound of crab, 1 pound of black mussels, 1 pound of crawfish, and 1 pound of sausage. Plus, you get four halves of corn on the cob and four small potatoes. Everything was perfectly cooked, as always. I’ve had plenty of southern and low-country boils, but this one definitely topped them all. We even took half of it home! Once again, Paul made sure everything arrived exactly when we needed it.
