"I was able to dine inside and I say that because this place gets BUSY, and for good reason too, they sell GREAT food. At first Walking in, I was expecting a generic we serve everything menu, but was pleasantly surprised that, including the general menu items, they had a plethora of unique menu items. I decided to be daring and go with a Habanero Bacon cheeseburger and man was that yummy! Great price compared to a more known fast food place, but the portion sizing is unrivaled. As pictured, they don 't sell no cheap July 4th walmart patties, oh no. They prepare a well sized Burger and helping of fries. I got a large soda, incase I couldn 't handle the Habanero, and was even more surprised that they had a fountain drink machine WITH flavor shots! Vanilla Cherry Pepsi?? Yes PLEASE. Lastly I finished my meal off with a Pineapple Swirl which was very delicious. Highly recommend this place. Will return again. Recap: great food, fun staff and large menu selection."

"We decided to try the seafood night at the POM. First course was very good steamed shrimp, salad and buns. Main course was ok. Recommend substituting the butterfly shrimp with scallops or mussels, as we had shrimp as the first course. Servers were friendly and attentive. A big thank you to our server Mario! It was nice to see the manager and even the chef going around table to table asking folks how their meal/dining experience was. Overall, a good dining experience. We will be back to try the BBQ and prime rib! We would recommend POM."

"STAY AWAY Visited a few years back and everything was fine? Arrived last night and we were seated? Asked the waitress if she could change the channel on the TV to watch our favorite football team and she said that only the manager could do that and he had left for the night? Then we waited for 15 minutes for her to return and she finally brought some chips? We then ordered a margarita which arrived another 20 minutes later?The chips were stale and the salsa was hot and runny? she reappeared after another 15 minutes and we ordered our food and by then we had been there for 45 minutes? We asked for more chips and she gave us a funny look and said OK? The second basket of chips arrives 10 minutes later?we asked her how things were going and she rudely stated that there were only two waitresses there and we should not expect any faster service?the food finally arrived after being seated for an hour? Our waitress was rude and made no reference to the slow service? Never again will we return!"

"This was a birthday dinner, although Pom is one of our favorite dining establishments close to home, good food and overall friendly efficient service. We frequent often (even through COVID although Open Table was not operating for this restaurant during such time). Unfortunately this evening was not a good experience. The waiter was inattentive, did not check to see if our meals were ok. Unfortunately my mom ordered the Kobe chopped steak (medium). The steak was so overdone, the mashed potatoes were cold. The server asked if we wanted dessert and since it was the only opportunity my mom had to express her disappointment, the server proceeded to correct her and say that is just the way Kobe meat cooks. That is ridiculous and not true. At that point, dinner was disappointing and we decided against ordering after dinner coffee and bday dessert. We will go back, but will request a server other than Robert. He was a nice gentleman, however less than average of a server this evening."

"Snowbirds and boomer gringos this is the place for you. Lots of Mec American favorites. My shrimp tacos were delicious as well ad my margarita. Nothing to authentic or too spicy but tasty. You have a choice of refried or black beans. A little less than $20 per plate. i paid a little less at a Coachella dive but any atmosphere. They have a nice happy hour bet 3 and 5 and pueblo Viejo is packed"
