We went there today and had the worst service ever. Just got ignored even though the dining room was empty. Food was average, not like it used to be here. Ver carta

Overall the Buffalo Chicken Ranch pizza at Fireside Pizza in Rosemount was good enough although priced about $5.00 more than I would have liked to pay for the size we received.

Last night my wife and I dined there. My wife ordered a burger and was never asked how she wanted it done. We were also supposed to get a side item which we never got but still paid full price. Will try another restaurant next time.

We absolutely love this restaurant and visit frequently! Some of our favorites include the ranch dry rub bone-in wings, wild rice soup, Parmesan walleye, mushroom gnocchi, crispy chicken sandwich, tater tots, and fish and chips. I recently dined at Fireside Grill in Minnesota and had a fantastic experience! I started with the surf and turf lollipops, which were served with a delicious garlic aioli – a perfect appetizer! For my main course, I enjoyed the baked mac and cheese topped with Buffalo chicken; it was creamy and full of flavor. I couldn’t resist trying the Fireside Lucy burger with bacon, which was absolutely delightful! Overall, everything was delicious and I can't wait to go back!

Short rib bowl came out tipped over out of the pineapple bowl which isn’t a big deal by itself but wow there isn’t much food. Maybe 2oz of meat if that and the rest rice. For $21 I was shocked. My girlfriend said her stuffed chicken breast was good but her mashed potatoes were cold and the vegetables came out uncooked. Won’t be returning. Our server was very quick though anytime we needed something she handled it very fast. Also the bone in bbq wings were probably a 5/10. Overall won’t be going back which is a bummer since we live so close.

Here are the details I will share at the request of business owner: a restaurant with amazing food and atmosphere can get away with okay/inexperienced service. This restaurant serves okay food (that's being generous), so its service should be top-notched to make up for the deficit. We tried this place three times before I decided to give one star, and every time, the food was okay, and the service was completely lacking. Most recently, we waited 20 minutes for coffee. I do appreciate the server being honest, at least, and told us she forgot.
