Tomiño is one of my favorite spots in the city! I go every chance I get and always really enjoy it.

Food was pretty good but the service was terrible. It was busy and the food and drinks came slowly. At the end of the meal we ate at the bar) we asked the barman to split the cheque and we gave him two cards. He came back saying my international card didn't work although it was working fine in every other place) and had double charged my friends card without asking. I asked for him to reverse one of those charges and charge it to another card I had. He refused and ignored any attempts for me to sort it out. My attempts to complain and rectify this double charging of my friends card fell on deaf ears.

The service at this restaurant was truly disappointing. Despite ordering five dishes, the guy who seemed to be the manager (an older man who didn't speak fluent English) attempted to clear our table five times, even though we were still eating (I obvs said we’re still working on them). He repeatedly instructed other servers to take away our plates while we clearly had food left, as seen in the image l've attached. To make matters worse, he told us we needed to leave soon because another party was coming, despite the hostess informing us when we arrived that we had the table until 8:30 pm.
