"Un grupo de nosotros atrapados en Mickey Land para una convención estábamos buscando un lugar para el brunch dominical. Oskars en Waldorf sonaba como lo que queríamos y nos fuimos. Si bien no soy fanático de los bufés, este se veía increíble, con más variedad de lo habitual, ¡que incluye una barra de salmón ahumado, una barra de jamón y miel que gotea de un panal! Había muchas familias con niños, así que era un poco ruidoso, pero eso no afectó realmente ... todo lo que el grupo de 4 probó nos encantó. Solo dos cosas que fueron un poco extrañas fue que el costo del buffet solo incluía mimosas, no **** Marys ni huevos Benedict en el buffet. Sin embargo, lo que más me impresionó fue el compromiso de hacer feliz al cliente. Cuando llegué al bar de salmón, estaba vacío a pesar de que dos miembros del personal a los que pregunté me dijeron que lo repondrían. Cuando se lo mencioné a nuestro camarero, volvió y dijo que iban a salir, lo cual fue decepcionante. El gerente se acercó a disculparse y dijo que incluso enviaron a Hikton al lado, pero que estaban fuera hasta el lunes ... no es lo que quería escuchar. 15 minutos después apareció el gerente con un plato del mejor salmón ahumado que he probado en mucho tiempo ... ESO es servicio."

"We had a wonderful Pre Fixe New Years Eve dinner at Osteria Fasulo. This was our first visit and we will return in the future. Our server Massimo was very attentive and helpful in introducing us to the dishes. The Northern Italian dishes were new to us and delicious. The Fungi salad was a taste bud opening starter. We had two pasta dishes the ravioli filled with taleggio cheese was slightly sweetened with pomegranate butter, and the agnolotti was filled with a savory mix of vegetables and ricotta topped with a veggie glaze. Fabulous. Hopefully the traditional Cotechino (a soft sausage) and lentil dish will bring us luck this year. The medium rare rack of lamb with a pistachio sauce and the halibut with roasted fennel in a saffron broth were well prepared and very good. For us the olives in the saffron broth hid some of the flavor of the broth. But the halibut alone was still flavorful. We choose the Panna Cotta and Crespelle (crepes) for dessert. Both were light and delicious. We ended with an airy Merrengue with strawberry sauce. It was a delightful dinner and we headed home well satisfied."

"I usually go for the "Over Rice" dish, which includes your choice of tofu or meat paired with vegetables for just $4.95; shrimp is available for a dollar more, plus tax. The food is consistently fresh. I typically grab a fountain drink from their self-service station, just like at fast food restaurants, and I still leave under $10. The restaurant caters to UC Davis students and others by staying open late—midnight from Sunday to Wednesday and until 3 AM from Thursday to Saturday. The owner and staff have always been friendly and helpful. Plus, they offer free Wi-Fi and several flat-screen TVs that usually show sporting events. Even on busy nights, I can often find parking right outside, as many students prefer to bike, walk, or take cabs. I actually met one of my best friends at Open Rice, as we affectionately call it. It has a social vibe, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the Yolo County area."

"Very nice, picturesque little restaurant in Downtown Davis. Exceptional food with exceptional presentation and service. We had perfectly paired the cheese plate with wine from our server proposal. It had the perfect combination of ivory and sweet. My daughter had Veggie Pesto Pasta (here Favorit) and I had the scallops over Risotto. The scallops were perfectly prepared. Nice night in Davis to sit on one of their outdoor tables with my daughter puppies. The owners even gave the dog something delicious. I highly recommend it!"

"The pasta was flavorless and greasy, and it seemed overcooked. The spaghetti carbonara had crispy, dry noodles that were drenched in oil from the bacon. The fettucine arrostiti did not have a great taste, especially after I paid an extra $10 for prawns, making the dish alone $30. The portion size was small and not worth the price for delivery; perhaps it would be better in-store. I did not receive any of the sauces for the calamari fritti, but it was okay. Additionally, the extra piece of bread I ordered was missing. I would not order online from this restaurant again."
