Tsunami Sushi Lafayette

Awesome atmosphere and good food, even a non- sushi person can find a few good things on the menu!

Rainbow roll appeared to be missing a piece of fish, but it was good. The father calais roll was also good.

Best place in Lafayette to have sushi at. Very well put together and they have amazing staff. Whoever is running this place knows exactly what they are doing. Keep up the great work!

My husband and I had our anniversary dinner here. Our waitress was personable and helpful, the food was delicious, and the chef customized my sushi as I'm allergic to shrimp. Always happy to return!

We had a late lunch there so it wasn't too busy. My son had a bento box that he really liked and my wife and I shared 6 different sushi rolls. All of them were great and exceeded my expectations. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. We definitely look forward to eating here again. A

Who would expect to find such a good sushi restaurant in Lafayette, Louisiana? I didn't and I was pleasantly surprised. This upscale (but rather noisy) sushi restaurant had more choices than I get in Chicago--and we have a sufficient Japanese population to support a plethora of nice sushi restaurants. The service was excellent. One caveat--don't get the house wine. I'm sure they have good beer and drinks but not their house wine.

I can always count on Tsunami to make me feel at home again. The wait staff never make me feel bad for special ordering my sushi roll, love the edamame and the chocolate martini is to die for. The staff is always friendly and I always see old friends there. Always makes me consider moving back to Lafayette. Also, I remember all the happy times my brother had here before he was killed so being here and seeing his friends makes me feel a bit closer to him. And the owners are the bomb!
