Mountain melt burger is delicious! Tenders have their own unique taste,very good food and a nice selection of draft beer.

The place is ok. The food Is decent. It is corporate food. Not a first choice. But will go back on occasion. The staff is fine. We caught one that was having rough day I think. Popcorn great!!! Wish more places did.Food: 3/5 Ver carta

While the video game selection may not be as strong as some Tully's locations, the service is good and the chicken fingers remain undefeated. Excellent. Potentially some of the other foods are good or bad, not sure, get the chicken fingers.

No complaints on the service. However, my most recent meal here was? so so. The Onion soup was pretty good but thick. And the Ruben sandwich I had? the beef was chewy and the bottom bread got soggy.?????I?ve had better. ?????At least the Mixed Gatorade drink was very tasty!??9/21

The last two trips to Tullys in watertown, they have forgotten items in my to go order. The first time I called the restaurant and they told me they would send gift cards to make up for the missing food item. Never received them. 2nd time, I checked my order before we left the parking lot and I was missing a food item.

The lack of staff support at Tully’s was evident during my visit. Initially, we were seated at a dirty table, so we moved to a clean one, but eventually had to shift again to find properly cleaned tables. The potato soup was not edible, and after mentioning it, we were told we would need to wait some time until they could bring in more help. Additionally, the receipt suggested using a barcode to leave a review, but there was no code provided. So here I am sharing my experience on Yelp.

However, that tradition came to an end today. We arrived in full force for the birthday dinner, and after spending $240, we inquired about getting ice cream for the toddlers at the table who weren’t celebrating a birthday. The waitress assured us it was no problem and that we could celebrate and sing. But to our shock, we were later told that we could only receive ice cream if it was someone’s birthday that day. To make matters worse, when we raised our concern, the manager came out with a very unfriendly demeanor. Everyone in our group noticed her sullen expression and rudeness.
