"We’re giving one star because there isn’t an option to go lower. Had dinner on a Friday night that we would love to forget. The service is great, lovely choice of a sweet wine, too. However, the food is an absolute let down. My daughter loves pasta and ordered the homemade spaghetti; it was skeptical enough that the menu doesn’t indicate any flavour or ingredient in it, except the waitress told it is their red sauce. It turned out to be a large plate of overcooked soft noodle with what tastes like tomato sauce straight from a can. My wife had a battered veal steak.. it is basically two pieces of tasteless deep fried meat, with the same disastrous tomato sauce. Paired with water boiled vege and some lettuce-only ‘salad’, sorry to say that it’s been a worst food experience since a long long time. The only good thing about this place is that it would make you feel in heaven in whatever other places you go."

"the western türsteakhaus at the seneca casino has not disappointed. the food and service were excellent. the steak was cooked on request. two ask to give their attention. the opentable menu was not the same menu that was presented to us in the restaurant. sample: 8 unzen filet mignon was at $40 and price $49 on her menu! They also advertised a caprese salad, in which the western door no longer offers! also, they have a roasted sweet potato for $8! now they serve a fried sweet potato at $9! very annoying since we drove 1 1/2 hours. my food companion and I had looked at the menu and had decided what we would like to order before the time, so we made the reservation. we were very disappointed that some of our selections were not included in the actual menu that needs to be updated at some point. also my dinner companion is a vegetarian and there were good options among the side part of the menu. as a steakhouse vegetarian options have not been expected, but it would have been wonderful if the restaurant offers half parts of the side for their vegetarian mozens. we had asked about all vegetarian options and were told that it was only sweet and mac cheese. we ordered three sides and the portion sizes would have fed a family of four. to our server antonio and jimmy. thank you."

"we came when the place ended in 20 minutes. it was 2 hours before the posted hours, but they were short workers. we said we could only command. we have starved, so we have ordered and waited our cakes. then the owner came and spoke with our party of 16...6 narrow countries and 10 of our amish friends (what a crew he came to end us in the past, let them sit, brought us drinks, serviettes, teller and even a cool puzzle for all to solve. he chatted and made us feel so welcome, even at his conclusion. we were so tired (we had 7 miles on the day changed around the storm) and the cake. we had a basic cheese, a pfefferoni, the greek and a white pizza with huh. loaded with blows and so delicious. and it was also cold to breakfast! will definitely come back when we get up again. recommend for service and eating!"

"I had high hopes, it seemed like the perfect mom and pop place. Only 5 tables, open kitchen, one cook, one server. The server worked his butt off waiting, clearing, and changing records on the turn table. BUT the salads were overflowing with dressing (only one type available), the lasagna fell apart because there was no cheese between the layers (no ricotta at all that I could tell), and the chicken parm was soggy. The menu did not include many options with meat in general, just pastas with sauces. Overall, I was disappointed, especially for the price. I will not visit again."

"We had decided to go for a late dinner, but before 9 pm, and entered the restaurant as we usually do.We waited a few minutes as the restaurant was a little more quiet than we have usually seen. We finally had the floor manager, we believe, take us to a table and he told us that "someone will be right with you". We waited more than 12 minutes for a waitress to come see us after she had been to a table a few feet away from us, with her back turned completely towards us. I had also made eye contact with one or two other servers who quickly made their way to the kitchen area. Once we placed our order, our beer and delicious calamari were brought out for us to enjoy. As I am known to do, I will not "dip" my food into sauces served separately when sharing with someone. I used my fork to scoop out some sauce and moved it to my plate, tapping lightly on the plate to ensure that all the dip comes off my fork. Within a minute, the table that the server had visited earlier with her back to us, started tapping on the table, not one of them but most of them!.Yes, even though I am an "old Fart", according to these brilliant 20 somethings, I did notice their continuous repetitive tapping throughout our meal. The server came over to their table and I thought maybe she had said something to them but apparently not. They later did it a few more times. The meal was very good but the atmosphere was terrible. The server got the usual 20% tip because she did what was expected. When we were leaving, the table serenaded my wife and myself as we left, with a loud chorus of table drumming. If this is how the next generation deals with the older folks, I feel sorry for the future. I am also upset with the restaurant as they were paying too much attention to the younger crowd, but didn't say anything to them about their behaviour which was evident to more than just us.. We all pay the same amount for the food we eat. I have since sent an email to the restaurant and have waited 2 weeks for at least an acknowledgement but to this day have not even heard a "thank you for your comments" or "we will look into this". We even sent the bill #, server # and name so that they could use it as a training moment. We're not looking for anything other than the acknowledgement!"
