"Vickie our server was awesome!!!! The owner was awful!!! She sat at a table on her phone unless someone came in. Instead of updating the wine list to show the correct pricing or having the place cleaned. She was not friendly . We ordered a $16 dollar bottle of wine, when we received the bill it was $18.... We asked our server and she talked to the owner who said it was $18 because it was a different brand. Not my fault you misrepresented the product. When we proceeded to check out, you do that at the door, I questioned the price and the owner then came over to change it, at which point the bill doubled and the cashier had to say something. Finally got it straightened out but never an apology from the owner. Food was mediocre, ordered the fried ravioli, looked as thought it came from the freezer section at a grocery store and was microwaved. Pizza was average. Garlic knots were good. Also, the place needs a thorough cleaning!!!! Dust so thick you can cut it! I feel the owner has given up!!!"

"This restaurant is situated in the small town of Calvert City, KY. Upon arrival, we found the parking lot to be completely full. The staff was incredibly friendly. We enjoyed the food immensely. My wife tried a drink called Sangarita and then ordered a California burrito filled with either meat or chicken, chorizo, beans, and rice. I opted for a combo plate featuring a taco, an enchilada, and a burrito."

"During my recent visit to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, I ordered chicken strips for the family, except for our youngest who wanted a cheeseburger with just ketchup. We also asked for extra gravy with our meals. However, when we got home and unpacked, the cheeseburger had only pickles instead of the requested toppings. Additionally, we received two milks instead of one milk and one Sprite. The gravy looked like plain milk at first, but on closer look, there was a thick layer of what was supposed to be gravy settled at the bottom of the container—I’ve attached photos for reference. When I called to report these issues, an employee said the gravy was made in the microwave rather than the usual way. While I understand equipment can fail, it would have been helpful to be told this when ordering. I don’t usually complain at restaurants since everyone can have off days, but this has happened repeatedly, and the food quality has declined so much that I wouldn’t feel comfortable serving it to anyone. It seems they may need new management or better staff to ensure quality meals. Perhaps offering better pay could help attract good employees. Unfortunately, the food quality has really gone downhill; until a few months ago, I had never had any complaints about this place."

"Wasn't that busy inside but perhaps the drive-thur was because all the employees were running around with their heads cut off. Finally got a cashier and she was rushing, I felt pushed to hurry up to order. The inside was dirty the floor had trash on it, tables were filthy. Received our order and everything was good wasn't horrible, not a fan of crinkle fries but I had one and they were good. I've always heard bad things about the beef sandwiches and the bite I took was ok wasn't the best taste roast beef, I probably would never order for myself but at least I tried it. The chicken cheddar sandwich was good the chicken was juicy in the middle and crunchy on the out side, cheddar cheese was slightly melted tomato and lettuce tasted fresh and the bun was soft so thumbs up for that sandwich. Their chicken nuggets are like tender pieces way better chicken nuggets than any other fast food joint hands down. As for sauces horsy sauce tasted just like a creamy horseradish, 3pepper sauce was spicy and the Arby sauce is a-little tangy with a sweet and spicy taste."
