"Full transparent review. I really wanted to like this small black owned business. I understand the Southern Kitchen theme but as a Southerner from New Orleans this was not it. Not even close! My first time giving this place a try was 1/23 while working in the area and today was my second time hoping for a better outcome. I understand this isn 't home but good food is good food no matter what city and state you 're in. This place would be some much better if they used seasoning. The fried chicken wings are the best thing smoking because it 's sure not the ribs. The ribs are tough and tasteless. They are only somewhat enjoyable drowned in bbq sauce with the bbq sauce being the most flavorful thing here but you 'll have some time with the chew!Mac cheese looks great but is also bland. So bland that I can tell that the pasta isn 't even boiled in salted water. Which leads to the watery bitter collard greens. Again, from the looks you 'd think they were about to be something special but NOPE!!The cornbread was OK.The catfish was fresh out of the grease, crispy and tender with ZERO FLAVOR! This was the most disappointing thing on the menu because one catfish fillet cost $9 and it wasn 't even a big fillet. This catfish wasn 't seasoned with a pinch of salt or pepper nor was the cornmeal. It was just dropped in the cornmeal and fried to perfection!Third time will not be a charm!!"

"My husband and I visited this restaurant after 20 years of being away. I understood that this was under new management and we wanted to see if the wings were as good as they once were.The seasoning was just as good and we were very impressed. The old owners always gave full wings, but we can overlook that. The service by Kara was impeccabile. She was welcoming and very prompt. The restaurant has definitely expanded and looks beautiful after the renovations. The only point I took off was the number of doors in front. We were a bit confused and ended up walking through the bar area. We then had to walk several bar/dining areas to get to the main dining area. I think that could be approved upon some. In any case, their wings are still the same and worth a visit."

"Last night, my friend Mr. J and I visited this restaurant based on a recommendation from a friend and fellow reviewer. I recently had a bad experience with wings, but was informed that if I like them crispy, I should try the wings at the Lounge. Although Conway is not close to us, we happened to be in the area on our way to Frank's in Ambridge. I ordered the dry rub wing dust on my wings, while Mr. J opted for the buffalo sauce. Ever since my grad school days at Madison Gardens, I have been craving a good dry-rubbed wing. The Wing Dust wings exceeded my expectations, as they were crispy and packed with flavor. The blend of spices in the dry rub was a perfect balance of smoky, spicy, and slightly sweet. Unfortunately, they forgot my blue cheese dressing, which would have taken the wings to the next level, but I made do with ranch. Mr. J also enjoyed his buffalo wings, which he found to be quite spicy after a few bites. I was surprised to discover that the Lounge offers over a dozen wing sauces and rubs, especially considering its dive bar atmosphere."

"I will no longer support this establishment, this is the 3rd time i have tried to place a takeout order. I have been told all 3 times kitchen is closed except for in person orders. I have always ordered at least once a week for an average of $50 each time. Their loss, im done. SHULLIGANS SELL GYROS AS WELL and they are not bad. Good bye to 30 years of loyalty! We also have an exceptional pizza establishment local Breezes Pizza, Perris Grill can go bankrupt for all I care.. Poor customer service!"

"I have visited this Arby's three times over the past two years while working in the area. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Arby's offers a nice selection of menu items, with thin sliced roast beef being their specialty. They also serve chicken, gyros, turkey, and a variety of other sandwiches. I particularly enjoy their curly fries and their signature Horsey Sauce for the roast beef (great for dipping fries). The service has always been prompt with no wait times, and the restroom is clean. In my opinion, this Arby's is definitely a better choice than the Burger King across the street if you are looking for fast food."
