Great atmosphere... friendly staff. Food is unique. Will go back !! Stop by and get an ice cream !!!

Although everything was great, it took 30 minutes for my club sandwich to come out. It wasn't that bisy.

The burger was fantastic, but the steak and cheese sandwich was overly seasoned, making it inedible for me. Ver carta

The waitress overlooked us and we had to主动寻求 service. We eventually decided to leave. They need to provide better training.

The first sign should have been that it was a Saturday and no one else was there. They were out of several things, messed up our order, and over charged on items even the ones that were made completely wrong...stating that the menu prices weren 't right and that everything was changing their menu, prices, availability etc.... I was looking around for a video camera because I thought it was a test of patience prank. Don 't see our family going there anymore.

Our group recently had an amazing dining experience at Uvalde Rexall, where we tried nearly every burger on the menu. To put it mildly, we were absolutely delighted with our choices—each burger was bursting with flavor! If you haven't visited Rexall since October 2023, you're truly missing out on the best burgers in Uvalde. The quality, taste, and variety make it an essential stop. We came in for lunch. Waitress was great the restaurant, restrooms and the connecting candy rooms weet Life and game room are always clean. Staff is very friendly. The menu is limited which I understand they are modifying but to not have chicken tenders or fries available to an already minimum menu. Then To be told they won't have none till later on in the day. Am I supposed to just come back then?? Afterwards my kids wanted dessert and to again be told only 3 flavors of blue bell were available cause its the end of the month and the truck doesn't come till next week. Well if it's popular and business is good then the truck should be coming twice a month in my opinion.Idk that I'll be back.

If I could give it a zero I would. I placed an order which included a banana split. Menu said $8.00. Waitress was completly incompetent. She gave us a dish with 3 of the smallest ice cream scoops. I said, mam I ordered a banana split, but there are no bananas. She said, sorry we are out. I said that's OK but I'm not going to get charged for a banana split am I? She said, no. I cancelled the rest of my order and we ate the ice cream. Then she charged me over $9.00. I then said you are charging $9 for those small 3 scoops? Everytime I travel in from Houston, this is my go to place! I love the decor and atmosphere . I was so excited to share this place with family but today was terrible. We were a table of 7 and it took so long for everything. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and when it was brought to the table, the meat and fries were cold. All orders were missing items or incorrect and the tator tots and fries were cold. We asked for fresh and hot fries and tator tots, we were told we would need to pay for additional fries and tots. I had to double check that is what she said. I just don't understand how we could be charged for cold food. I was so disappointed. We wanted to just let a manager know the issues a... Ver carta
