We went there for Sunday brunch and the food and service were both excellent. The atmosphere was good.

Logan was fantastic, her service was phenomenal! She was an amazing waitress who handled every request with ease.

My husband and I had a fantastic dinner at Victor's. Riley looked after us all evening, providing exceptional service. He even surprised us with a free dessert to celebrate our special occasion, which was a lovely gesture. We will definitely be coming back!

Victors offers a on-site Elegant Family style American restaurant located at the Hotel Florence, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Victors has a comfortable atmosphere that server a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner style meals with a full service bar and a indoor and outdoor courtyard seating. Parking here has a limited amount of nearby free parking lot spaces available and a limited amount of street parking space available.

I will never mind how much our bill is, this has become a regular Saturday night spot for my husband and I. We always sit at the bar, the bartenders are very friendly and the service is fast and accurate. The food that comes out of that kitchen is some of the best I’ve found in Florence. Our favorites are the chicken Caesar salad (and they’ll split it for you and not skimp out), the Crescent City Combo and the Sliced Brisket Sandwich. After returning from a 14-hour road trip, we decided to stop for lunch at Victor's, which seemed like the best option in the area. It was a decision worth repeating, as the meal was excellent, the dishes were well-presented, and the prices were surprisingly affordable considering the beautiful ambiance of the restaurant. However, the standout feature for us was the attentive service we received from our waitress, Jazmín. She was friendly, provided great recommendations, and always greeted us with a smile. I highly recommend this place. One area for improvement would be for the host to provide a friendlier welcome, as the initial interaction felt a bit rude.

Fantastic! This place is located in the heart of Florence. To prevent confusion it’s inside the Hotel Florence but once you walk in, they will nicely direct you to the restaurant closely in the back. The decor is immaculate, you will be greeted by a lovely hostess. Immediately you’ll se e a nice bar with numerous tv’s for sports and two separate dining areas consisting of separate menus but the flexibility to order from both without any problems. I’ve had the privilege of traveling a lot for work. Hotel restaurants in my experience are lack luster, have mediocre food, and are priced far above the value they provide. I’m happy to report that Victor’s is no such restaurant. They have two menus, which I thought was a cool move. One more casual menu with fare more casual. Then another with their steakhouse offerings. While it isn’t the most extensive lineup of red-meat there’s something for everyone including what I had, a 12oz Prime Ribeye. Finished with a healthy amount of a garlic-herb compound butter, this steak was nothing short of magnificent and cooked to the EXACT medium rare I requested.
