You used to be the best pizza place around, but now I will never order from you again. You have disappointed me and are not even worth the drive from Lowell to Cramerton. Your service is terrible.

Ordered food 2 nights in a row.First night they didn't put pepperoni on the calzone we ordered and second night they didn't put chicken on the salad we ordered.Use to be much better quality, has gone down hill over the past few months.

I'm so glad I discovered this place! Last year, I was on the hunt for the perfect New York slice, but had little luck. However, VIPIZZA turned out to be an amazing find today. The flavor was outstanding, with a great crust, a nice tang, and a slightly sweet sauce. I'm really happy to have found this spot and will definitely be ordering from here again!

Yesterday, I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and was very disappointed. There was hardly any ham—it was very thin and barely noticeable. Instead, the sandwich was overloaded with salad, tomatoes, and onions. The small amount of ham I did find was the most ridiculous portion I've ever seen. For nine dollars, this was not worth it, and I would never recommend buying a sandwich from this place. They should be ashamed. Ver carta

best customer service I got a restaurant. I had a terrible experience with the delivery by an app (not restaurant.) it was not the fault of the restaurant and the management here obviously takes care of their customers. I recommend very much and they got me as an indeterminate customer and eating was excellent. we will see you next week! when you order from here, they will not use their website a delivery service. ijs

I thought I would try these guys again. I ordered a cheesesteak that had no cheese, and barely any meat... I also ordered the bruschetta, which sounded wonderful, but the garlic knots they used were stone cold, but it may have been because they were doused in 2 inches of the juice from the tomatoes and balsamic.. they were soggy and wet, with maybe 6 pieces of cheese and so many tomatoes I couldn't find the bread..This was my last try, so disappointed!

WELL THIS PLACE ALMOST KILLED ME TONIGHT CAUSE THE KITCHEN DOESN'T READ THERE TICKETS WHEN PERPAIRING FOOD I'M HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES AND OLIVES AND WHEN I ORDERED MY FOOD A SALAD THRU UBER EATS IN BOLD LETTERING I SAID NO TOMATOES OR OLIVES FOOD WAS DELIVERED AND HUMM WOULDN'T YOU KNOW THEY DIDN'T READ THE TICKET. THE MANAGER TRIED TO BLAME UBER EATS I SAID UM THEY DIDN'T PREPARE THE FOOD YOU DID. A TEACHING MOMENT FOR YOU AND YOUR STAFF I DON'T CARE HOW BUSY YOU WERE MY LIFE IS MORE IMPORTANT.
