"On a recent trip to Lexington, Kentucky, we decided to spend the night in Georgetown after leaving Louisville. I absolutely love the historic homes in Georgetown, so we enjoyed walking through the streets lined with these beautiful old houses while exploring this charming town. We arrived just in time for dinner, and my husband had chosen a local pizza place and even picked out our meal beforehand. So, what did we think of FatKats Pizzeria in Georgetown? The location was perfect and easy to get to. It was just a few minutes from our hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious parking lot. It's not uncommon for smaller family-run restaurants to share crowded mall parking or have limited street parking, so it was a relief to find FatKats easily accessible with plenty of parking available."

"We’ve gone to Rodney’s many times for special occasions but last night, we were extremely disappointed. Definitely not the same food quality as we’ve had there in the past. My husband ordered the New York strip and it was flavorless and it had like a burnt like taste. He even had to put S P on it, which he never adds to his food! My son ordered the lamb chops which he has gotten there many times before and he also said that they just didn’t taste as good as they did in the past. He said that the lamb was just not as tender. My daughters boyfriend had the pork and he’s had it before as well and he also agreed that it wasn’t as tasty as it was the last time he got it. My daughter and I ordered the grouper and it was delicious, as always. We didn’t want to make a scene say that the food was terrible, so we just ate it. The waitress Julia was wonderful, but the rest of the staff were awful. The girls that they had cleaning off the table, not only did they try to take our plates one time before we were finished eating, they did it another four times. Again, I hate to leave a bad review but when you are leaving a restaurant paying, $350 (with no alcohol), it better be AMAZING! I hated that we went there for my husband’s very special birthday it was ruined by a bad meal. I am not sure if we will be back."

"I had the ham chop served with grits, roasted onions, and a red-eye gravy. It sounded rich and salty, but it wasn’t at all! The chop was the most delicately smoked piece of meat I’ve ever had, and it was a generous portion—I could barely finish half of it. The grits were delicious, bursting with corn flavor. The red-eye gravy had a bold coffee taste that wasn't overwhelming. The fried onion rings were a delightful addition; they were thickly sliced, perfectly crispy, and not too greasy. I typically don’t eat pork except for ham as a last resort, but this dish changed my perspective. I realized I enjoy ham when it’s well-prepared without being overly salty or smoky. My husband ordered the beef stroganoff. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was smooth, not overly thick, complemented by a delightful hint of crème fraîche. The beef tips were tender and juicy, without being overcooked. Dessert was fantastic as well. The bread pudding was buttery and creamy, drizzled with bourbon sauce. Everything here is so good that this has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Georgetown. If you’re planning to explore the Bourbon Trail, be sure to add this restaurant to your list of must-visit places."

"Had the green chicken curry and Thai tea. The portions were perfect and the spiciness was mild, they said you can ask to crank the heat if you want but it was just right for me. Nice mannered beautiful family running the restaurant. Excited to find a nice Thai restaurant in the area. Couldn't believe they weren't packed at lunch.
