"Ordered delivery from here through GrubHub on 3 occasions. The first time, my food came more than 45min late and GrubHub offered to refund me. The 2nd time, the delivery driver assigned to my order declined it and I received a message that the order had been cancelled. Today I decided to give the restaurant a 3rd try, with the hopes that I can finally try their sushi. My food arrived but smelled HORRIBLY of cigarette smoke. It was the most disgusting experience. I sent GrubHub a message they refunded me. Then- several hours later, I received a text on my personal cellphone from ‘Brian from Wasabi’ (I’m assuming this is the owner with pictures of my order and a long text telling me off and telling me that the “restaurant isn’t for me.” So, here I am trying to support local businesses I have a wacko owner texting my personal cell, harassing me. Completely disgusted by the lack of customer service here and quality of food!!! Do not support this place!!"

Wasabi has the best sushi in Cambridge. Our orders are always prepared quickly, presented nicely, delicious, and reasonably priced. Additionally, they serve the most amazing scallion pancakes I have ever tasted. Their Alaskan Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll are exceptional.

total disorganization! They come in the load and it is as if they are not there, because nobody draws attention to them. I put an order online and waited a long time for several other orders that had not even expected customers. they could be a little smarter and serve those waiting at the place.

I recently ordered sushi from this restaurant for takeout. It arrived a bit later than expected, but I didn't mind once I tasted the sushi! The quality of the sushi is amazing - the rice is delicious and the fish is very fresh. This is the best sushi I have had in Cambridge so far, and I eat sushi regularly.
