I love this place! They always have great stuff for every taste on their 30 taps. The food is phenomenal, especially if you like German food, and they also have burgers sandwiches and other grub. Trivia Tuesdays are so much fun.Food: 5/5 Ver carta

Had a late lunch at Watershed yesterday with my sister. The food was amazing particularly the pork schnitzel sandwich and the warm potato salad. There's a great beer selection and the staff were personable. It's a relaxed atmosphere and a great place to spend a Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend Watershed to others, I will come back the next time I'm in town.

Amazing beers, delicious food, cool environment…what more can one ask for! A great place with a unique and inviting atmosphere that feels like home. The Apple walnut Brie salad is incredible, the Turkey club is to die for, Kohlrouladen and schnitzel are huge delicious portions...my goal is to try everything. I seriously can’t get enough of their food! Bring all your friends!!

I wouldn't recommend arriving just 20 minutes before closing. The food was marginally better than the service, which was lacking. We were mostly ignored, and our drinks were never refilled. It felt like we didn’t even matter to the staff. From now on, it seems that we won't matter to them either. Additionally, they closed the drink station right after we were told we could take soda to go, which never happened. Ver carta

The first time we dined here, it was fantastic. However, last night was a completely different experience—it was terrible. It seems like people are only coming for drinks now, because the food quality has declined significantly. Whoever is cooking doesn't seem to be very skilled. If they could find a good chef, that might help, but I’m not sure. All I know is that the food has become quite unappetizing. I wouldn’t give it any stars.

Nice place that I never realized it was there. I went after my dentist appt which is close by, I just happened to turn my head and notice it. They have wonderful local beer selection, alot of choices. They serve German type dishes and it's pretty good. My second visit, seems like the waitstaff really just staff the bar area... they should be attentive to those at the table too. That's just my last experience there but otherwise nice hidden gem and I will be going back. The beer options are fantastic and the owner's own cassette tape wall backslpash is awesome! I think they should advertise more and maybe have some live music to get more customers in.

The food at this restaurant was outstanding. If you're in search of authentic German cuisine, this is definitely the spot for you. Although their menu is somewhat limited, everything is truly fantastic. I highly recommend trying their käsespätzle while you’re there. For beer enthusiasts, the Watershed boasts an extensive beer selection that will keep you coming back for more. The only reason I can't give a perfect five-star rating is due to the service. There were no waitstaff, and it wasn't immediately apparent that you need to place orders directly at the bar. While the bartender was friendly when approached, she didn’t greet new guests or check in on tables, which made it feel a bit less... Ver carta
