The service was excellent, but the food was extremely salty! If you're looking for a heart attack on a plate, I would definitely recommend it.

The service at this location has been much better and faster lately. The quality has always been good, but I’m pleased to see the lines moving more quickly.

Order wrong again...of course I never look before I get home. 2 wrong sandwiches (which costed less than my ordered sandwiches) and tomatoes on everything when I asked the opposite. Ver carta

It's fast and convinience. My fav is the spicy chicken and salad with apple and chicken. Unfortunately very often they missing something in the order and we always have to ask for ketchup otherwise they don't put it in the bag.

I frequently find myself being asked to pay again for a mobile order even though I’ve already prepaid. Additionally, many of my custom orders have been incorrect; I've received the wrong items or the modifications I requested haven’t been made. While some staff are better than others, the poor experiences can be quite frustrating.

Best new feature ever!!! I am very happy with Wendy's, their apps, their food but I am very fustrated by the lack of trash cans at most Wendy's. I jumped for joy, my wife thought I lost it when I saw the trash can reachable for driver window after thedrive thru. There were many other trash cans at this specific Wendy's. But the one at the end of drive thru got the fivestars!! Ver carta

Great staff of very nice and accommodating people. The facility is clean and modern. Plenty of parking. Convenient location on rt140 right off 495. Food was fresh and delicious. They always provide extra sauces. The chicken sandwiches are less than whatI remembered from Wendy's. This is not the fault of the location. It's a very busy spot especially for a late night snack. Outof the fast food location in town. I choose Wendy's or Taco Bell.

I called the Franklin location for 15 straight minutes to inform them about my car that broke down in their parking lot. Even though they were open, no one answered the phone. I wanted to let them know that my car would be towed in the morning, hoping they wouldn't attempt to tow it themselves. As someone who works in the food service industry, I find this behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They let the phone ring repeatedly without thinking to pick it up. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I won't be going back.

If I'm looking for a quick lunch or dinner, Wendy's is my go-to fast food place because of their delicious salads! My favorite is the Apple Pecan Salad. The full-sized version comes loaded with tender grilled chicken, whole pecans, crispy blue or gorgonzola cheese, and juicy apple slices, all drizzled with a delightful maple-style dressing (I forget the name of the dressing). During the summer, their salads are bursting with generous portions of fresh strawberries and blueberries! It's so refreshing to see Wendy's using all fresh field greens! You won't be disappointed if you haven't tried their salads yet! What are you waiting for? Ver carta
