"Lunch Thursday 13 June.... Beautiful place... We eat there frequently. Food is usually outstanding, but yesterday not so much. I ordered a California Club.. chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese and avacado on toast. They got the toast correct... Sandwich was missing lettuce, tomato, avocado and dressing . After we were seated we received our drinks fairly quickly. 0ur other oder was the trio. Our waitress only checked on us once, did not ask about desert. Brought us the check before we were done and didn't ask about desert.. We ordered when she came back to get the payment. Service was slow... The chocolate cake was a dry. Normally I would rate The Pink House a 5. I give it a 3 this time. I know every business has a off day. Several tables around us could be heard discussing the slow service and some mistakes with their orders. We were in the room across from the kitchen... All rooms at The Pink House are beautiful. The Pink House is a great place to dine. Just had and off day."

"Whoa wasn't expecting such a great Mexican feast in Claremore, OK. Loved the chicken soup healthy, simple and delicious! This was my second visit to El Maguey and I continue to be satiated! The guacamole was fresh tasting and full of yummy chunky avocado. Ordered fresh pico and received a heaping plate! The house margarita was pleasant. Everyone in our party of 7 loved their food. Will visit again!"

"Today was my first visit and I am very glad I did it! The food was very good, the service was pleasant and the atmosphere was very comfortable and beautiful. I was particularly impressed by the cook salad. I am vegetarian and even if you just enjoy veggies, it has many really beautiful toppings. The house dressing is also very delicious. It is a tomato base vinaigrette that was the perfect balance of sweet, tangie and herbaceous. Can't wait to try the desserts at some point, I was excited and filled with amazing fluffy bread rolls."

"Honestly I’m really surprised by my visit. I’ve been recommended this place by all my coworkers, so I thought it would be a great spot to bring my book club. I was wrong. For the most part, the staff was nice but this one guy was a bit much. I don’t know if he was just having a day or what, but he was just so rude and condescending. Several side comments that just rubbed us the wrong way. There was a couple sitting with their child at a table, and he went over and told them the table was only for large parties, that they couldn’t sit there, and then gestured towards us. We were sitting at a table and were completely fine, the place wasn’t busy or anything. It literally wasn’t a problem. The couple ended up leaving because of how rude he was, and shortly after another staff member came over and said the booth was available for us. Yeah no, we stayed in our spot. A couple staff members kept hovering and honestly made us uncomfortable too. There was no reason to tell them to leave. Will not be coming back here. Also, why in the world do they only have one trash can? Edit: okay so in the 5 minutes since posting, both of the condescending people came over to “apologize”. The first guy just apologized and was done with it, and everyone was fine. At some point the music was turned off (I’m assuming it was so they could hear us) and we could hear them in the back complaining about the review. Second person came over and was very passive aggressive, and claimed she had a polite conversation with the couple before they left (which wasn’t true, they ran outta there). She kept interrupting my friend, continued to be passive aggressive and made us all extremely uncomfortable in the situation. Odd thing to chase customers out your door."

"el charro mexican restaurant. one of the many Mexican restaurants in claremore. it lies south of the city on the route 66 on a small half island of much west of lowes. I came to work yesterday and since I had ordered the molcajete mexicanos the last three times I was there, I decided it was time for a change. it is a small place with a friendly waiting staff and eating is quite good to this is what I ordered for an evaluation ice tee no sugar. with lemon camarones al la diablo side the salsa rojas decent amount to midday, and they were still able to make a table for seven. we sat on drinking orders and their chips and salsa were...read more"
