We use the App for our order it was easy. The order was correct. This Whataburger is always FRIENDLY.

They never have it ready on the time they say it will be ready. 90% of time you don't get what you ordered. Always check before driving off. Burger's were soggy last week. Need better training or something needs to change.

The food is rarely ready when they say it will be. Most of the time, your order is incorrect, so it's essential to double-check before you leave. Last week, my burger was soggy. They definitely need better training or some changes in their operations.

Ordered on the app, curbside pickup. Order took 25 minutes after the time time the app said it would be out. I had to call the store at 18 minutes of waiting and they told me “they were putting the fries in the fryer”. I hate to leave a bad review, but the last time I went to this location it took a long time to get the order out. Twice isn’t a coincidence. Ver carta

I waited 15 minutes for my food, and during that time, two cars in front of me left. I noticed someone at the side door who handed out a burger that I later learned was a remake. I spoke to a girl named Morgan and asked her why she was throwing it away when there was a garbage bin right next to her. When the manager finally brought my food, I asked her why it looked fresh compared to that burger. I will be calling the office about this.

I placed my order online through the Whataburger app. Went through the drive thru to pick up my order. We had to wait 25 minutes for our order. Then the guy brought the wrong order. I understand that it's a shortage of workers that is still no excuse for customers to have to wait that long for their food. This Whataburger on the Spur 63 is the worst Whataburger in East Texas. I will go out my way to the Whataburger on Fourth Street to get great customer service, hot, fresh food.

I don't recommend their app. I work close to the Whataburger on 4th Street in my boss told me to use their app so my food would be ready by the time I got off work. I wanted to buy popsicles and ice cream but the other night when I went up there it took me 30 minutes to get my food at the drive-thru so she suggested using the app and just going in and getting it. so I did the ordered my food at 7:50 and I put that I'd like to pick it up between 8:05 and 8:10. the app did not say that was too earlier that there was a minimum time of 20 minutes or a minimum time of 30 minutes. when I got there to get my food at 8:11 they had not even started making my food.. he had just put the ticket on the w...
