I visited this restaurant for the first time on a whim, and I am glad I did! I’m done with Safeway and similar places. This place is definitely a keeper for me. I absolutely love the sausages and chicken!

When I was younger, my parents used to shop here. Life got busy, and for various reasons, we stopped visiting. After I got married and moved away, we started coming back, and now I can’t imagine buying meat from anywhere else. The quality is clearly outstanding! I wholeheartedly recommend this place every time.

Love this place. Reasonably priced meats, comparable to Soopers but much better quality. CO beef! The last 3-years I've ordered my Thanksgiving turkey from them. They start taking orders in mid-October, so best to get your order in before they are gone. Its fresh, never frozen and you pick them up a few days before Thanksgiving. The flavor is always juicy delicious. My guests compliment on it every year.

We absolutely LOVE this place! They offer top-quality meat, and the owners and staff are incredibly helpful. We exclusively buy our meat from them and had been feeding our dog their raw blend for about a year. I'm really disappointed to hear that they've discontinued the raw dog food program because of a few unhappy customers. Our dog thrived on that food, and it's such a shame that it's no longer available. I don’t often write reviews on Google, but I felt it was important to take the time to praise Wheat Ridge Poultry and Meats for everything they do. We will continue to support them by purchasing our meat here and hope they decide to bring back the dog food program!

My wife and I arrived at the butcher shop at 3:58 PM, and it appeared they were preparing to close, as the display case was nearly empty. I asked the man behind the counter for a 2-3 bone prime rib, and he asked if I had placed an order. I explained that I had called earlier and was assured they had enough stock. He then disappeared for about 5-10 minutes before returning to tell me they had no bone-in prime rib available, just a boneless rib roast. I'm not sure why I was misinformed initially, but this experience has lost you a customer. I regret not reading the other reviews that mentioned similar issues with dishonesty and shady business practices. It's really not that difficult to just... Ver carta
