"Customer service is ok, nothing special. The donuts were actually fresh soft and no oily. I went in about 2pm they had a pretty good selection. I've been on the search for donuts. totally forgot about winchells! They have not change the quality was there. I went to the new Randys in riverside it was horrible! So I was so happy these tasted good. So I will be here at winchells from now on. I normally like the mom and pop donut shops but haven't had any luck with taste. Shout out to Winchells for staying consistent. Hope this donuts stay fresh."

Worst donuts you can purchase. Went to the location because of it name. Went drive trough and ordered a dozen. Did not realized donuts had been refrigerated and old till I arrived home. What a disappointment and waste of money. Don't buy from this company.

Never had an issue with this place til now ! I ordered a banana milkshake and it was just plain milk in a cup AND to make things even worse it was SPOILED MILK !!!!! I took a big gulp and that's when I realized what is was this is the type of stuff you can't just let slide because someone can get really sick ! Ver carta

ķĵjjjbreakfast choices to from. I recommend the bacon avocado melt on onion bage.. mmm mm mm. Delicious!!! And there donuts are always fresavocadoĵems like what everyime you go. I recommend the lemon filled powdered dont mmm omg! And they offer good drinks too, coffee, frozen blended, iced even fresh squeezed oj and lastly they have a super clean dine in area and really good customer service 10 out of 10 winchells!!!!!

Stopped by. Great location. Downtown. Strange signs outside for tortas. Threw me off. Went inside. Cashier barely spoke English and didn’t understand much Spanish either. I asked for a bear claw and he had no idea. I had to go point to one to show him. Then I looked on menu and they make bagels. Croissants. And Mexican tortas. Well I left with my bear claw. Disappointing. The first finger has no filling the second finger has a glimpse of filling. Finally stopped and opened the bear claw, barely any filling in it. Not impressed.
