Wingstop - Carta

I could not taste the garlic parmasan flavor on my wings and my fries were cold. The best thing was the dressing which made the wings taste better since the flavor didn't give the wings any taste.

Customer Service was on point! My food was fresh and it was great. I didn’t get any thigh meat NOT. Though the price has increased drastically my food was very satisfying. Thanks for being awesome!

I'm giving this place a 5-star rating because the food and service were outstanding. However, I believe not allowing tips on credit cards feels unfair to the employees and could be seen as shortchanging them. It would be great if they could implement a system that lets us tip using our credit cards, as most people don't carry cash these days. Ver carta

As a dasher, I haven't personally tried the food at this restaurant, but it always seems to be buzzing with customers. The staff has great personalities and do an excellent job of keeping things running smoothly! I believe they are definitely overworked, underpaid, and not fully appreciated for their hard work. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!

This is my second Time ordering online 30 minutes in advance because I know they?re slow and getting here and having to wait another 30 minutes. I also wasn?t greeted until I stood at the register for 15 minutes then yelled for service. The staff ofthis establishment are nasty, rude, slow, unprofessional and have no care in the world. Definitely will never order from hereagain

This place is conveniently located and open late, but I just do not care for their wing flavors as much as other places. I will almost always choose Buffalo Wild Wings or Plucker’s over WingStop when given the choice. Tonight it was too late for choice! The place is small and the fountain drink machine was out of all low-calorie drink options. There were only two people working the late shift, but the food was done on time. This is one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. I ordered online and it said pickup would be in 16-21 minutes. I showed up at the 20 minute mark, and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. The staff there barely acknowledged me, didn't communicate that it would be late, etc. When I got back to my office and opened up the bag, the wings I ordered with dry rub parmesan garlic flavor were seasoned only with SPRINKLE PARMESEAN CHEESE! They were disgusting. Plus, they only gave 7 when it was an order of 8. Disappointing is an understatement. Don't bother wasting your time or money going here!

I wish I could give this Wingstop 0 stars. I placed an order through the Wingstop app for delivery and never received my food. I contacted the delivery service first, who then contacted the restaurant and the manager agreed to have my food sent out again.That order was never delivered either. I requested a refund and was told it would be about 7 days for my refund to go back on mycard. I?ve contacted the restaurant multiple time and was told they were working on it and I would receive a call back. Here weare 2 weeks later, still no refund. Corporate is useless as well. So, word of advice, if you order here, order from the deliveryservice app so that way you get your refund and it?s not left...

This was my third visit in six months. They have all been much the same. Restaurant was clean and the food was adequate, all things considered. But the management is poor. The things that are happening in this establishment are in no way ok. Ghetto is the best way to describe the atmosphere. While eating we noticed several things: loud arguing amongst staff, obvious skimming from the till anda clear lack of leadership. The girl she will never be mistaken for a young LADY we later found out is the general manager is all of 25 and a walking stereotype AT BEST with long, hyper colored braids, a nasty attitude and no idea of how to speak to others.
