World Of Beer - Carta

We filled up on appetizers on purpose and it was so worth it! I also recommend letting them surprise you with the flight of local beers!

Big, roomy spot over at Hacienda. With the struggles of brick-and-mortar retail, there's plenty of parking available. Wide range of beers, as the name implies. Service, however, is a bit casual and lackadaisical. Not a place to be in a hurry.Service: 3/5

Great food! Helpful and accommodating service. My favorite thing about World Of Beer is that they have a beer that pairs perfectly with each dish. The burger and IPA I had felt like they exchanged a perfect handshake in my mouth. I am detracting a star, because on my second visit, they were out of every single beer that was paired with each menu item... The waiter recommended a good pairing though, but it wasn't even close to the same experience I had last time. Ver carta

The waiter was terrible. No customer service at all. She had us wait a while before providing us a beverage, let alone wait to order drinks too. Waited a good amount of time (45 mins) to order appetizers, and to place order for food. When we were ready to leave she blamed us that we did not ask for separate checks but did not ask initially so she lumped up our total. Not only that a second group came in after us and sat with us and assumed to put their total on our tabs. Food was good but service was terrible. I would not go back along with the personnel who attened.

Is anyone home??? Upon arrival, the restaurant was nearly empty with two patrons inside. I can tell they have been wait for there food long time. They both seemed frustrated. We stood there waiting to be seated and after 5 minutes still no one came. We came here with a group for a quick team lunch at noon, none of us have been here before and decided to check this place out. After waiting for awhile another group came in and ask us how long we been there for waiting, and they even said, we 'll be your server and joked about the wait. We eventually left and decided to spend our money elsewhere. Not a great first impression, and sadly I will not be back.

Horrible service.. The bar tender was serving tables, training a new waitress (which she was way better than he was), pouring drinks AND eating behind the bar as he was doing all of this. He had food all over his face and whipped the food from his mouth with his hand and without washing or whipping his hands he poured a guy a beer. He was very sloppy just in general. The only saving grace to my visit was the food was actually good. There was also a guy working here that sat us but was also waiting on a few tables and he would just stand around and creepishly just stare. My partner and I love beer is why we came. My friend and I went to World of Beer to celebrate her birthday, which unfortunately ended up being a disappointment. The restaurant layout is very open, so it was noisy with no sound buffers. Having a conversation was not easy. It was busy, but notoverly packed, yet service was unnecessarily slow. We observed staff members specifically look at this napkin on the floor (seephoto) and walk right over it no less than 30 times without the care to pick it up. The restaurant advertised a specific happyhour appetizer on the exterior window, but our server told us he wasn?t sure why they advertised it, because they don?t actuallyserve it. Okaaaaay? the food and drinks were decent, but not amazing....

A great place for beer and good eats. They have so many beers on draft. And it is served cold and delicious! They also have wines, signature cocktails and several flights available. I love the Chimay Grande Reserve beer. The German pretzel is really fun to share with a cold one. It's a Bavarian pretzel as big as your head, baked soft on the inside, crispy on the outside salted. Served with house-made stone ground mustard. The chicken wings and nachos are also amazing. They also have great cheese burgers. My friend and I were looking for a place to watch the Raiders game and I suggested World of Beer because we went there a couple of weeks ago for the first time and loved our experience. As soon as we walked in, we were taken to our table and our server was Ally whom we had our first time and she was just as superb as our first time, if not better. She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure our food, drinks, and experience was to our expectations. Ally is the best server I've had at any restaurant in YEARS and she needs to be recognized for her work and professionalism. I would give her a raise for her work.
