"Okay I'm reading a lot of these reviews and I'd like to say that you are supposed to get your own silverware and add whatever you want to your container when you get it to go. They have a lot of different sauces and different things you can add to your food. If you are door dashing and doing Uber Eats yeah that's not going to be available to you. I love the salmon teriyaki it's always made to perfection! The sushi is better than most places around here. Have a sesame seed allergy and 6 out of 10 times I still have seeds on my Sushi and I'm unable to eat it. However today was a super positive experience the girl was new I wish I would have gotten her name she caught my sushi at the window because it had seeds on it and they were able to remake it without any problems because I did not handle the food. Not only was she super polite she also checked my order before it went into my to-go bag. They seem to have a lot of new workers there and they are all a lot more positive! I feel like a lot of these reviews are more of a problem with doordash Uber Eats then this actual facility. Update her name is Nicole she so nice!"

I've always been seasoned mayo in a cup, but for some reason they didn't want to give it to me in a cup and said they put something on the rolls. I asked to be in a cup, and the cash was very rude and said that not what they do.

low customer service. 2 chicken and bark dishes ordered online. when I came home, both bowls had only a hunch. drive back while I live about 3 minutes away. no apologies and everything they did was thrown on some bark meat, I guess they had already cooked on the dishes

As others have said, no to go containers for sauce. No salt on the edamame. No fresh wasabi like other sushi restaurants yet prices are higher. Agree with review saying staff not helpful. Our front counter person was on her phone the whole time.Owner: it's time to change some things now.

I always have problems here when I get rid of the charge extra the sauce. so they also had no change in their registers so that they truncated me from the change I was as cool, how bout a sauce package in opposition for the money they owe me and still denied take my own container for the sauce next time well see who wins next time? Not surprised looking at the low rating for this establishment. Wife and I ordered food online via their website on Friday. In my order I asked for Teriyaki Sauce and In the special notes I put that I wanted Spicy Teriyaki sauce on the side. When my wife brought our orders home. Both orders had no teriyaki sauce at all. I called the store to request a refund and they mentioned I could get a refund if I emailed [email protected]. I kindly asked for refund due to my order

Similar to other reviewers, my order wasn't packed To-Go with cutlery and napkins, but just had the food in it. There weren't any spoons in the cutlery area, and I had ordered soup.Teriyaki sauce costs extra and can't be ordered online, so I purchased packets when I got there. The cashier took them from me and said they'd be placed in my ToGo bag, and when I checked at my destination they weren't.I'd be able to look past this if the food quality was great, but over the last 6 times I've ordered here, I've been so disappointed as the quality has decreased with every order.

I applied for a job here.Was text by a random number with no good afternoon or introduction.The number over looked questions I had asked prior to the interview.And declined MY interview time for an established time of their choosing, even though I was asked what time was good for me.The unprofessionalism continued after I thanked them for the offer and declined the interview.Instead of thanking me and moving forward, the unknown number replied with Whys that I let them know I secured a better position. The staff placed my order in wrong. I understand that this happens. The lady that took my order even repeated back to me. But just happen to place the order in wrong.My order was 1 bowl spicy and one bowl not spicy.I recieved 2 spicy bowls. I let them know there there was a mistake.They told me they can not make me another one. I would have to buy a new one. Then call a number and they will send me a refund. Which she let's me know it will be in 7 to 10 business days before I get my refund. To me this is just a slower way of steeling from you.. Like I said this was not even my fault.Basically I have to pay for there mistake. Plus the number she gives me goes to a voice mail. I can email them...

There is something wrong here. This location i mean. The 16th st. and Camelback store is fantastic, but this location in Goodyear must have a different owner. EVERYTHING here is an add on, (just take a look at their on line order screen) and they skimp on the little things. BE ADVISED, you have to get your own sauce and utensils, they don't put anything in the bag for you. I got back to my office and realized too late. There is so little teriyaki sauce on the order that it comes out dry and boring. I get take out from the Camelback store and you get twice the sauce, and they even give you an extra sauce packet inside the bag, and they put in utensils.
