Food was great but your customer service could use a little more help, and what's with the parking situation? Terrible!!! Too many cars that don't belong there taking up the spaces, hire a lot attendant...helllloooo and it won't hurt the employees to walk a little, too many employees at this location for them to be allowed to park there."

The cashier was friendly, but the cook didn't seem as pleasant. The portion sizes were a bit small, and the beef appeared pale and seemed undercooked with an odd flavor. The restaurant could also benefit from better cleanliness. Ver carta

No. They did not deliver my chicken. When I called them they told me to come pick it up. I don't have my car here at work so I couldn't. I sent you a message about this. Please credit me back and I will never order from them again.

Without a doubt, this is the worst Yoshinoya I have ever been to. I've visited many locations across Los Angeles, and I always encounter problems with my orders. Unless I specifically ask to speak with a manager, my requests are never addressed.

The owner was incredibly friendly, and the food was top-notch—fresh and served piping hot. I can't wait to go back and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family for its fresh cuisine and welcoming atmosphere. The prices are fantastic too! Ver carta

The food was served hot and fresh! I want to give a five-star rating to the girl in the kitchen. The cashier, Valeria I believe, was friendly and courteous, which makes me want to come back more often! I had a wonderful dinner due to their exceptional service!

The outside of the restaurant was being cleaned, with the cashier taking care of the scrubbing. The interior had just been mopped as well, and they had recently opened. My concern was that she wore the same gloves used for scrubbing when it was time to ring up my order. I noticed she took off those gloves to handle the food after I watched her. She was very friendly, but I'm not certain she has been properly trained regarding contamination issues between dirty and clean items.
