"**Pros:** The atmosphere was eclectic and delightful. Our server was friendly, and the overall staff was pleasant, albeit a bit too reserved for my liking. The service was generally good. I ordered the hamburger steak (without gravy), along with rice and steamed green beans, while my husband chose chicken and dumplings, steamed green beans, and mashed potatoes. The rolls were fantastic, boasting a comforting homestyle flavor and served with cinnamon honey butter. The white rice was simple but decent, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and tasted homemade. The chicken in the chicken and dumplings was shredded, though not overly so, and it came in a creamy sauce. **Cons:** Unfortunately, the steamed green beans lacked seasoning, and some were still cold in the middle. The chicken and dumplings were overly salty and could have used more seasoning—just a bit of pepper would have improved it. Additionally, I would not recommend the chicken and dumplings for those with gluten sensitivities. The hamburger steak was overcooked, dry, and lacked seasoning. The prices were quite high, especially considering the quality of the dishes we received. Overall, my experience was not terrible, but it certainly didn't meet expectations given the cost."

"As for the food, it was fantastic! I know it’s just a fast food place, but I visited twice, and both times my food was fresh and piping hot! There’s nothing quite like biting into a beautifully cooked chicken that’s bursting with flavor. Overall, the world would be a much better place if all fast food establishments could match the level of customer service and food quality I experienced at this particular Popeyes. I highly recommend it. In my opinion, the chicken here tastes significantly better than at any of the other locations I've tried in the North, East, or West of the country."

"I reside in Monticello, where I had my first job at an Andy's. Visiting the Andy's in Crossett evokes a wonderful sense of nostalgia. The salad bar is exceptional, and the potato bar continues to impress! The restaurant is well-maintained, the staff is welcoming, and the trip to get there is always worthwhile!"

"My family and I try to eat at this restaurant every once in a while because there are no other options in town. However, each time we go, I remember why we rarely visit. Today, I found hair in my broccoli when I got my plate. The chicken, shrimp, and egg roll were cold, which was disappointing. Additionally, the sweet and sour sauce tasted old. The last time I took my family here, I noticed that the ceilings were dirty. At this point, we are willing to travel further for Chinese food because we are completely disgusted. The service is for take-out only."
