"Some particularly good items here are the fish and chips, bacon cheeseburger, and onion rings. When the food is fresh and cooked properly, it's delicious. However too often there is drastic variation in the way things are cooked. Fries might be crisp and evenly salted one time and the next time they are limp, soggy and covered in salt. You can ask for well done fries and sometimes this works for getting Chris ones every time, other times they seem to disregard the request and the fries end up soggy anyways after just a couple minutes in the car driving home. Friday is fish day where they offer the fish and chips at a discounted price consisting of three pieces of cod and the aforementioned fries. Overall, 3 stars. Would be an easy 5 if food was more consistent. Also worth pointing out these issues persist across the 3 different stores local to me."

Zips are so good. Whatever Californians tell you in n out, zips is that once a million. Bacon Double Cheese and an Huckleberry shake for me. The tartaric acid sauce is to die for

Probably one of Washington's oldest fast food establishments. Food is great and service is good even though they make everything to order. Although dated the taste of the food never disappoints

Great service. The staff was very friendly. The food was good. They waited and made the ice cream we had ordered after we had eaten. Prices seemed to rise, but this is everywhere and probably due to the supply costs rise. Would recommend!

Whenever I visit this restaurant, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I had five separate orders to feed the lunch crew, and they were very accommodating and didn't make it seem like an inconvenience at all. Thank you for consistently providing a comfortable experience. Ver carta

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the customer service is top-notch. It is one of the best dining experiences I have had at a casual restaurant. They offer generous portion sizes for the price, and I appreciate that they have a self-serve dressing/tartar sauce bar rather than making you ask for extra packs. Out of all the locations I have been to, the one five miles away is my favorite.

Literally asked 4 times and made sure to clarify in the end there is extra fry sauce, then when being handed my drink, and as I was handed my bag full of hot, fresh, and delicious food to my surprise there is only 2 Fry Sauce with this $30 meal. I want to break down on my knees and scream to god why he let this happen to me, but then remembered it’s just fry sauce, that I oh so desperately needed to complete this fantastic meal
