"First time here over the weekend. The place was extremely clean, and they had lots of staff behind the counter. We came during a quiet time, but service was very quick. They have a small inside dining room and even smaller outdoor seating area. I had the clam strip dinner. The clam strips were fried perfectly, and it was a great amount of them for $18. The fries actually stole the show they are fresh, hand cut style fries and they were perfect topped with vinegar and salt! One of my littles had the kids clam strip meal which came with a big amount of strips and fries perfect size for a kid. My husband had the fried shrimp and said the batter was great and they were cooked just right. Their prices seem to be fairly average for most things but a bit high for clam bellies. We didn't have time to try the ice cream, but we will definitely be back!"

"The ice cream here is amazing, but I have serious concerns about the restaurant's adherence to COVID-19 guidelines. The employee taking orders wasn't wearing her mask properly, and when I politely asked her to adjust it, she reacted with anger. I pointed out that it's unsafe to serve customers without correctly wearing a mask. She did fix her mask, took our order, and processed our payment, but then she completely forgot to submit our order. It felt like her response was retaliatory due to my earlier comment about the mask. It's alarming to see a food establishment disregard such essential safety measures while closely interacting with customers. I plan to report this to the authorities. The lack of concern for safety standards and the employee's poor attitude are troubling, but the fact that they took our money without actually placing our order is simply unacceptable."

"My apologies as my last review was supposed to be from this account. I will remove my other review when I get to my laptop. We ended up here because the other place down the road (won’t say the name as it’s not about that place) was packed and did not want to wait 45 minutes to sit. Much like Carousel Diner in NH , this place is fantastic in terms of food. We got 3 different meals and all 3 were amazing (I highly recommend getting the meat lovers wrap). The price is fair; but I have some issues with the place. First the booths are very small, I mean I could not enjoy my delicious meal as I was hitting elbows with my wife the whole time. I’m sure a party of one or two this would be okay, but anymore than 2 it is uncomfortable. Our server was a very nice young lady but when I asked if they had sweet tea and she said yes, I expected sweet tea not some raspberry brisk tea. After finishing my tea, I had asked for a refill and placed my glass at the end of the table; she walked by 4 times, got refills for the older couple next to us but ignored mine. I never got a refill so even though I enjoyed my food, I bet it would of tasted even better if I had something to wash it down with. Next there is not much atmosphere, they have a TV on with no volume, you can hear literally everyone’s conversation to me that’s kind of eh. Lastly aside from all that, this is an issue of mine personally should not be used when determining coming here unless you have the same problem as me. I suffer from Crohn’s disease when I have to go, I have to go. They have one bathroom, which isn’t terrible except when there is a line of people waiting. I had to wait 15 minutes for the waitress (the same one who was our server) to get out the bathroom for me to use it. As soon as I got into the bathroom I already had someone knocking needing to go as well. Like I said it’s not a big deal but should be made aware of this if you suffer from any bowel disease. Overall this is a great place with great food very affordable. I will definitely be here again."
