On the day of the event, Chef Edwin welcomed me enthusiastically and went over all the details. I had a wonderful interaction with him while tasting some dishes. When I ran into a minor issue with the cake my niece had ordered from a bakery, Edwin quickly offered to help and even fixed it for us. He reassured me several times that the team was committed to making our celebration a success—and they certainly did!
Raul, the dining room host, set up the room exactly as I had envisioned, making last-minute adjustments with a smile, which I truly appreciated. Once everything was in place, Sergio, the lead server, and Linda, the Maitre D’, arrived. Linda dove right into helping us with the decorations, bringing along a script to ensure my sister would be surprised when she walked in. I couldn’t stop laughing—Linda was not only hilarious but also provided excellent suggestions.
Sergio's service was award-worthy! He was incredibly engaging, ensuring that our guests felt warmly welcomed as they arrived. He expertly managed the seating arrangement to keep the surprise under wraps, making it feel like an ordinary dinner outing instead of a surprise party. The staff was adaptable, and the food was both delicious and plentiful. Although I regrettably can't recall the name of the second server, he was equally friendly and funny, always bringing a smile to my face during our interactions.
