"We dined here late on a Tues evening for the first time. I had heard good things about it but didn't do much research. We just needed a place to eat in the area after a long day of work, didn't want fast food and they were still open. Was a little caught off guard after being seated when the server asked if we were there for a special occasion. It made sense when I took notice of the table settings and opened the menu. Our server was super nice and attentive. The menu is limited but are higher quality options with fitting higher prices. The inside of the restaurant feels like somewhere that would be downtown but it's in the middle of Choctaw. The front of the building is somewhat deceiving. The logo/marquee and maybe the minimal landscaping suggest a more casual restaurant. A name change might help with separating from the previous Mexican restaurant's menu and reviews. The music choice was also a little confusing for the theme. We didn't order drinks or dessert. Our bread, salmon and mashed potatoes were delicious and I appreciated the uniqueness of the cherry butter. The wedge salads, brussel sprouts, and rotisserie chicken on the other hand were obvious reminders that we were eating there late on a weekday, which was a little disappointing for the price. However, we may likely try to come back another time earlier in the day or on a weekend night. Parking: Lots of parking available and very easy to navigate with larger vehicles and/or trailers."
