"One of us ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana, which turned out to be mushy and tasted awful. Another ordered the clam linguine, which came with about ten clam shells, several of which were empty, all served on cold pasta. The third order was the Chicken Pesto Parmesan; again, the pasta was cold, and while the chicken was warm, it was overcooked and burnt.
We initially ordered the house white wine by the liter, but they didn't have it in stock. Instead, we opted for a bottle of Italian wine (3/4 liter) and appreciated that they only charged us for the house wine price.
After finishing our meal, we tried to get our server’s attention to discuss the food quality, but she was busy chatting with local patrons for several minutes. Eventually, we had to say, "Excuse me, hello, service please!" When we finally shared our concerns about the food, they took one meal off our bill, which was fine, but we would have preferred to have had good meals instead and paid the full menu prices.
Based on this experience, I can't recommend the restaurant. Maybe we just went on a bad day, but it didn't leave a good impression."
