"So 2 stars and you say why??!! Well the food was mostly decent. I had some Caribbean style shrimp and plantains, which the black beans and white rice were horribly dry. My wife had the steak Diane and salmon meal, which MW meant overcooked as well as the salmon was dry. My kids had the dynamite shrimp and the kids corn dogs. Corn dogs were good, but cold as well as the fries. Most of the food was luke warm, because they can't time food to be done at the same time. Also I ordered a strawberry mojito and those that know, know that's a nice flavorful drink when having too many can get you drunk. Side note, a mixologist can make a long Island taste delicious. Unlike the 99% alcohol that it is. So 20yrs ago, I wouldn't have complained. However, I'm grown and this drink tasted like I was at some hole in the wall college dive bar on a Thursday night. A.K.A. way to much alcohol and undrinkable, I tried to send it back and the server stated because it's modified they can't take it off. Had the nerve to say, would anybody else drink it at my table?? So I insisted to remove it and take it off my bill. Now back to food, every single dish that came to our table was dirty!!! I haven't been to a Cheesecake factory in over 20yrs, because they use to wear all white as waitstaff and would be filthy dirty. So to come try again to be met with the same dirtyness is a shame to the franchise. I will never go back now.."
