"As I left the city, I came across Jin's Drive-In along a quiet road. In the parking lot, two men were setting up outdoor furniture, creating a cozy spot for diners. This classic drive-in also offered the option to sit and eat in your car, though there was no indoor seating. The drive-in had a laid-back, vintage vibe, which I tend to appreciate. Even though it was only 10 AM, the "Open" flag was up. The menu featured standard drive-in fare such as burgers, fries, chicken nuggets, and hot dogs, but not much in the way of breakfast. A friendly server greeted me when I arrived and informed me that while they didn’t have a full breakfast menu, she could whip up an egg and bacon sandwich or even throw an egg on a cheeseburger. That was nice to know, but what caught my eye was a simple BLT. I ordered that along with a lemonade and grabbed a seat at one of the outdoor tables. Shortly after, my server returned with my order on a classic car-side tray. She wore a pouch and a waist-mounted coin changer, reminiscent of old-school diner staff. My total came to just over $5. The sandwich was made with simple, nicely toasted bread, and had a satisfying amount of filling—just the right size to kick off my day. Oh, and it was absolutely delicious. No tempeh bacon here—just good old-fashioned pig involved in the making of my meal. The lemonade was genuine and refreshing, just what I needed. When I had to choose between fake lemonade or fake bacon, I picked the bacon without a second thought. The server also mentioned they offered over 30 types of milkshakes, including hot fudge, which happens to be my favorite. Given the old-school ambiance, I suspected their milkshakes would be delightful and not the overpriced "real ice cream" versions that are so common these days. Despite being lactose intolerant, I thought, why not? I ordered one to go. It arrived in a generic polystyrene cup, with hot fudge dribbles down the sides. You could immediately feel the thickness of the shake; it was the kind that requires effort to draw through the straw. The flavor was fantastic, more than worth any discomfort I might face later. Some things in life are worth the sacrifice, and this milkshake was definitely one of them."

"When to this cafe yesterday (Mother’s Day). It wasn’t packed as I assumed it would be.My mother wanted to go there for breakfast. Of ALL the places- she chose this establishment. Cool, it’s her day, so why not take her?We traveled from Catawissa, Pa. Ordered BEFORE we left home.Got to the cafe at 10:40. Showed them my order number and receipt of purchase online. They couldn’t find my order. After 10 minutes of them whispering amongst themselves, one of the young college student said “We will just take your order now and have it ready for you”.Cool. Don’t have a problem waiting. I’m in no rush. After 15 minutes I was handed a bag and my smoothie and went to the table to sit with my mom. Opened the bag and there was a bagel thrown into the bag UNWRAPPED with a knife sticking through it. strike 1 Open sandwich one and it was the wrong bagel and had no humus or cucumber on it. strike 2 Open the other sandwich and it wasn’t toasted. strike 3 My mother went to the cashier and stated the bagel wa wrong and had no hummus on it. She was greeted with a blank stare and had to PAY to re-order the correct sandwich. strike 4 Here’s the order:Blueberry bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese at the sideSpinach bagel toasted with hummus, cucumber, red onions and avocadoEverything bagel toasted with butter, salt and avocadoStrawberry Peach Smoothie. Oh and the repurchase of spinach bagel sandwich because they wouldn’t fix THEIR error in giving the wrong sandwich.I paid a total of $25+ for the above order and it wasn’t even the correct order. No compensation was given. No apology. Nothing. My mother frequents this establishment as she loves their bagels. I told her not to judge an establishment on how they treat you when you are happy with their service BUT to judge them on how they treat you when you have a problem with their service.Clearly we see they have no customer service nor value their customers. I work for a bank as a teller so I know what exceptional service is suppose to be like."
