"I will never set foot in Orlando's again. This is the second time I've had issues with my order, along with other problems over the phone. You really need staff who can understand and accurately repeat orders. When I arrived after placing my order over the phone, my two sandwiches weren’t even there! The staff acted as if I had called the wrong place. I had to call from my cell to prove I had the right number, and when I reminded her I was just in the restaurant and they didn’t have my sandwiches, she seemed confused.
I've had it with all the mistakes. Your phone and customer service are overloaded and ineffective. I then went to Manhasset Deli, where a tall Spanish girl with a thick accent was not helpful and also messed up my order. I'm so frustrated that they wasted my limited time. When I called, I was put on the phone with someone else and had to repeat my order. Tuna and turkey & cheese sandwiches are not complicated!
Your prices are high, which I could accept if the service were correct, but not for this nonsense. To clarify for the owner, I did not order at lunchtime; it was around 3 PM. I prefer to pick up my food and pay directly instead of using those delivery services. I find them awful and just another level of incompetence. I'm going to save my money and time, and focus on my health by making my own meals. I’m tired of businesses not taking responsibility for poor service while continuously raising their prices. Again, prices wouldn’t bother me if the job were done well and correctly."
