"we wanted to try porto already. it is on a very tiny road in north bergen, they do not have a parking space, but fortunately on a Sunday later on the day there were street parking available. very tiny restaurant decorated with a lot of celebrity portraits, they played the movie that misfits, and although it was fun, I am not really sure how it was connected to the restaurant, but that is ok. it was fun to see. all the servers were very nice and attentive, although a thing that is constantly annoyed me in most restaurants in this country that server come and clear dings out of the table while they are in the middle of eating. that is something that server should not be taught. my man and I shared a pizza, and he had a puttanesca pasta dish and I had an aubergine with tomato and mozzarella for my main course. all were sufficient, but nothing really was spectacular, although it was components of dingen that were nice. the pizza, which should be made apparently in a wood stove, was not very crisp and was definitiw under done. the sauce was moderately ok. my aubergine stack looked beautiful when it came out. it was fried aubergine with tomato and cheese and an Arugula salad on the top, but nothing was really tasteful enough to stand on their own feast, and even if they eat the pieces together, there was really no spicy. my man said his pasta court was very good, and he thinks that the pasta was homemade. that's always beautiful. he said it was a little salted, but it had capern and olive in it, so naturally it will be salty. we had no dessert. I would definitely give the restaurant another try,"
